I have a question about Blackwall's story....

 

I'm doing my 2nd playthrough and have gotten to nearly the end of the game. Only the very last battle with Corphy is next, but Blackwall has yet to leave for Val Royeaux! He did that in my 1st playthrough, as he so famously does. I also haven't had the drinking scene with him, yet, which would explain why he hasn't left. It just won't trigger for some reason. Does Blackwall sometimes stick around? Is his leaving for V.R. approval-based, or something? 

 

It's approval based. I haven't gotten it in most of my games XD

 

 

It also looks like he is having a seizure.

I have seen Cullen/Blackwall on the kmeme, which I of course, only look at as part of my scientific studies. Unfortunately kmeme is veeeery hit or mess on quality, and I didn't read it, so I can't recommend it, but you could wander over there and check?

I'm almost tempted to write pure smut - but then I get flashbacks to the horrible, awkward, and generally laughable sex scenes that I've been forced to endure while formatting manuscripts. A number of them have been so bad that they would qualify as either highly traumatic reading experiences or gigantic laugh-fests, depending on your point of view.

 

I'll just give a short and semi-humorous example of the quality of writing in a manuscript that I had to work on this week. In this author's lengthy multi-page sex scene, he actually wrote the words "her own climatic eruption" (dear author, climatic really isn't the right word for that particular situation...unless you're talking about a thunderstorm or some other kind of weather-related phenomenon, maybe...),

 

When you are writing a sex scene that's three-plus pages, well, it had better not have laugh-inducing mistakes like that on every line (and this author had lots and lots and LOTS of mistakes). I only read part of the whole thing because I didn't want to kill any of my neurons, but I will say that this author managed to leave me smacking my forehead after only a single paragraph - lol.

My whole Blackwallmancer game nothing and I have Sera and Vivienne in the party so I'm not sure what's the issue. (Other than DAMN YOU BANTER BUG).

I thought they fixed that banter bug? I cant check right now cuz im playing a new game who is supposed to romance solas. But god damned its hard to ignore blackwall as he's my imba tank.

I have/had (?) the banter bug but got that banter. Immediately after killing the Exalted Plains dragon lol, a little inappropriate covered in dragon blood. I've noticed with the bugs the conversation seems to pop up at weird times and very rarely when I'm running around.
