What about Blackwall the Firefighter? Has that been done yet? Can't you see him rescuing people, calling out orders to his fellow firefighters... busting down a door with an axe...
There needs to be a pinup calender of Blackwall doing different jobs. Firefighter, pool boy, delivery man, pizza guy, latte boy (the sexy hipster), plumber, farm, policeman, Santa, manager..etc.

I love your new inquisitor. I saw her earlier in the thread (or another thread!) and was going to mention it then, but never got a chance too. Been mostly in lurk mode, from too much work and stuff going on. She reminds me a little of my quizzie, probably the hairstyle!
I made Ysabeau back before Christmas, to do the Cullen romance, but am only getting to it now. At least by waiting, there are a lot more mods to use for her game. Though I'm afraid I've taken the Blackwall flirting too far, and now I'm going to have to break up with him at the Batman kiss scene. 
And also, that guy always photo bombs me when I'm trying to talk to Connor!

I wasn't sure who Anastasia, my Quizzy, was going to romance when I made her. Then I found that bi Cassandra mod, and let's just say I made up my mind then and there XD. She's still in Haven but I'm looking forward to romancing Cass, though she's been flirting with EVERYONE. Blackwall will be hard to resist.
Ooooh, you'll have to share how it goes! I want to try her romance at some point, but I play so slowly and have others to finish first. Eventually I'd like to finish everyone's romance. I have a feeling Blackwall and Dorian will remain my favorites, though. They just melt me.

My computer is only 6 months old, a lenovo yoga 2, so I was hesitant to get the pc version because I didn't want the game to basically eat my computer lol. I know some folks had problems with it. Is anyone here finding it causes problems on your PC? Because I would love to mod the hell out of this game lol.

And when prices do come down, the Dragon Age Keep makes it easier to switch to PC since all your world state info stays intact between platforms. Mods and flycam are just added incentives. =p
I cannot overstate how much I love the Carta version of the Skyhold pajamas. I don't play dwarves for cosmetic reasons (both origin and DAI versions have physical flaws that I look past). I play them because I love their lore, the proud, but doomed empire they've built underground, their gruff, no-nonsense natures, and the insane caste system that sets these dwarves apart from the stereotypical fantasy dwarves. So to have Skyhold pajamas that embraces dwarven culture has really skyrocketed my enjoyment of the game. I feel classy like Varric when I chat him up. I love going toe-to-toe with Hawke on the ramparts and looking every bit as important as we confer over "more important stuff." The way the gold buttons gleam in the sunlight? OH YEAH.

I'd heard about Blackwall having a dark past, but I didn't know the details. So when I did his personal quest I was like... "Really? That's it?"
Don't get me wrong, it's a serious crime, but it's no worse than what Leliana and Josephine did in their teenage years. And that apparently doesn't harm their morality as people.
Not by this story's standards anyway.
Jean Rostand said, "Kill one man, and you are a murderer. Kill millions, and you are a conqueror. Kill all, and you are a god." A popular dilution of this is "Kill a few people, and you're called a murderer. Kill countless people, and you're called a hero." There's a specificity to Blackwall's crimes. We can assign a number to the people who died as a result of his actions. And some of them were children, who we irrationally prefer to believe are only ever bystanders in the ugly games that are waged in the name of power.
Apathy decreases when exposed to details and easy-to-picture numbers. It's why charities use pictures of individual children in campaigns to combat hunger and tell you how many mouths will be fed by your donation. It's also one reason why Blackwall doesn't get a pass in the same way as say, Leliana or Zevran does. Their crimes may be equivalent (and they are certainly more numerous) but because the details are vague, we aren't so upset by them. JMO, of course.
Blackwall's crimes are so much more personal, and feel real. Something people can place into the real world, rather than things they don't see or don't feel; the unnamed and distant. With the lie, the story about the dog, and then the children, people have a very personal reaction to his past and behavior.
Whenever the subject comes up though, it makes me think about the Eddie Izzard bit about mass murderers:

I was just thinking of my character, and if Blackwall worked at a coffee shop, and I think it would go like this.
So a friend of mine is romancing Blackwall on her first playthrough and knows zero about the arc. It's kind of killing me really, watching her post all this fluff.

Um, Josephine has done nothing like what people such as Leliana, Rainier, and Zevran have done. The only 'bad' thing she has done was kill a person on accident while defending herself from said person, and even that haunts her.
