What part of the Blackwall's conversation is missing? I don't think I've encountered that specific bug.
Linking veeia's video. If you've exhausted all of his personal questions before Revelations, then this conversation won't show up. Only way to get it currently is to leave one personal question alone until after Revelations.
I remembered to save one question in his "Let's talk about you" dialogue tree this playthrough. She isn't romancing him, so I'll be sure to record it to see if there are any differences.
Thank you, Gilsa. My goodness, I didn't even know about that conversation part and yes, it seems I do have that bug, after all. I'll be sure to leave one option unused for now on.

I was just reminded of a rumor "spoiler" about Blackwall I read before the game's release that he had a wife who died in childbirth (and the child died too). I wonder how that rumor started, hmm.

Possibly someone heard about the Callier family dying but misinterpreted it as being Rainier's family. I remember there was another rumor that Rainier's wife was a Grey Warden but died so he took the mantle in her memory.
Game just got updated with patch 5. The dialogue bug isn't fixed, but they're already beta testing patch 6. In the meantime, storage chest and tinting table has been added to Undercroft for all your nauseous plaid-weave needs! =p

I don't think anyone asked her directly. When veeia brought it to her attention on twitter, Chee spent part of the day digging up why it wasn't triggering and then dropped a line here when she figured it out. This was right before the last patch was scheduled to come out so it was too late for it to be included. I've seen other writers in the past get irritated when a bug is messing up content they created for their consumers and personally say they've submitted a ticket in-house. I just assumed Chee did the same since she knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. We haven't had a patch yet since then so no one really knows if it's slated to be fixed. People have also mentioned the bug in feedback as a back-up so we'll see.

Quick question: how does Blackwall respond if you're in a romance with him and pick the "I own you" dialogue option during sentencing? I'd look it up myself but my PC is down.
I could never choose that one but I read somewhere that you get "Blackwall greatly disapproves" or "Blackwall disapproves". Not sure if true - probably is - or how it goes from there. I imagine he wouldn't be a very happy camper.

Trying to master the art of battlescreenies. Not going great so far BUT I did get this shot, which makes Blackwall look like he got hit by a magical spell that brought back the greys, so that was exciting.
