I'm thinking the model they showed us in the trailer was a work-in-progress, though. I remember when the companions showed up in a DA2 trailer and there were a few differences from then to finished product.
Actually,I think the same about all the models shown in the trailer,besides the finished product is always more polished up,so maybe they will include some minor details such as the grey in his beard etc.
