I think I'm going to try a micro fic exploring what Blackwall's reaction would be to flirts from a male inquisitor. I haven't stumbled upon that yet, myself! But I know it's been mentioned somewhere in this thread before. Everything really HAS been discussed!

I reckon that concept art was meant to be Rainier, but he's undergone so many revisions since then (look at some of the Rainier art and his portrait, he has streaks of grey but in the game he doesn't), that we could just say that now that's the original Blackwall?

 

And as for that other WOT revelation;

I posted this banter a while back. For some reason, this conversation has been looping in my game so I've heard it four or five times already.

 

Solas: "The Grey Wardens allow elves and dwarves into their ranks?"
Varric: "Qunari, too, I imagine. They don't care about titles or blood, just stopping the Blight."
Solas: "A pity they do it so badly then."
Blackwall: "Would you care to repeat that?"
Solas: "Argue if you like. Your fight against the darkspawn is noble, but what progress have you made?"
Varric: "I may not like everything they've done, but without the Wardens, we'd all be blighted by now."
Solas: "They've bought us some time, I will grant them that."

 

It repeated again post-Revelations and I noticed the slight change. FYI.

My game does that only it is Dorian and Varric taking bets.

Thanks for the feedback! I like that idea, since BW as we know him doesn't particularly resemble his concept art anymore... I think it's the grey and the fact that his hair color's so much darker now.
