That I believe is on the stream as well unless they somehow fixed it if they recorded them separately.

Before the presentation they seemed to have mixed up the balance between the ingame audio feed and the mic audio feed. During combat it's impossible to hear the devs.

By garbled, I mean incomprehensible, warped, not just out of sync. It's cool tho. If I really need to see it, I'll mute it.
