While I was going through making sure my characters are the way I want them to be, I had thought:
If you use a character for multiple playthroughs, will the decision set for M E2 come from the original playthrough, or the most recent completed one?
Also, approxitamely how long would it take a level 49 or 52 character to get to level 60 playing on Hardcore or Insanity? ( I have BDtS and Pinnacle Station).

I think it makes a new end game save each time you finish a playthrough with a character so you should theoretically be able to pick whichever one you want.Also, if you saw the import save video, you'll notice you'll be able to look through a list of your major choices to confirm it's the right file.
