My arm's a popular guy today.

Frank raised an eyebrow under the helmet.

At least I know this one.

He turned his attention back to Molly.

"I'm not likin' this attitude I'm perceivin' here, Mols." Frank frowned. "On Omega, most 'chance meetings' end with someone getting shot in the face." He made the shape of a gun with his hand, and put it up to his helmet. "You should be thankful that I'm just forgetful and not a complete psychopath."

Speaking of faces...

Frank looked to Vayne. "And I have absolutely nothing to do with her bruises!" He shook his head.

He looked back to Molly. "So do you want me to contact her, or not?" He opened his omni-tool again. "We're kinda busy here, Mols. We gotta go get drugs, and there's no time for all this guilt trippin'."

Like clouds parting for a sun, the detective's disappointment gave way to a warm smile and said, "I'd greatly appreciate it, Frank."

Vayne couldn't help it, he smiled a bit, chuckling as he looked to frank. "You did it again, kid." He said, refering to his slip up about the drugs. He knew what he meant, but even he could see the humor in it.

Boss, we must contact Deidrus. He has my UT-47, and I would like it back. There's plenty of room in the bay for it, and we could use it on missions and stuff. Also, I miss sleeping in it.

--Frank.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"There." Frank smiled. "I got the important one out of the way."

"Now yours."

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

There's also a C-SEC detective standing around outside of Afterlife. She asked me to ask you to contact Deidrus. I'm sure it's nothing as important as my shuttle.   Aside from the bruising, which I did not cause, and the fact that she's a cop, she's rather attractive. Shouldn't be hard to find her among the sea of uggos walking around Omega. I'll send you her contact information as well.

-- The most amazing shuttle pilot you'll ever meet in your absurdly long asari lifespan, Frank.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"All done, Mols." Frank raised his thumb. "Anything else you need? We have to go investigate some drugs, and you're kinda holdin' us up."

Investigate. Investigation. Investigating. That actually sounds pretty cool. Detective Elias is on the case.

Molly made a shrug with her shoulders.  "I'm not standing in your way, am I?"  She glanced for a while at the skycar the group was getting in, and then her lip curled into a smile at Frank.  The detective seemed inquisitive again.  "Who am I meeting, by the way, and how am I going to recognize them when they come out?"

Tea and Muffins gave way to conversation. A mostly one-sided conversation but one that was involved talk from both Jess and Amy. As the conversation progressed, mostly from Jess's side of the table, she finally asked if Amy wanted to come up and try something stronger to help pass the time.

Before Amy could say no Jess grabbed her hand and whisked her through the passageways and to the central lift. The floors blurred as they rode up to the very top of the ship and when Jess stepped out and led Amy through the connecting passage, through the double doors and into her room, she turned and flung open her hands.

"Welcome to me own little private corner of the ship luv".

The room was sparse. Decoration and furnishings having been torn out or otherwise removed. Jess had managed to throw up a few drapes along the more spartan walls but the true feature, the one that had Jess herself awake most ship night, was the open transparsteel domed view port that sat above them. Most times it was closed by an encompassing blast door but in system, Jess had elected to leave it open. Her private quarter's felt stifling from the ransacking the shrew who'd taken her ship had given them. Looking up though, she could see a galaxy of possibility. A view of the future as well as twinkling lights of the past.

Mr Bojangles cage was sitting on a counter top that Jess had purchased and brought in to replace the one that had been ripped out and tossed to one side. Now hopefully on it's way to a planetside incinerator. Jess had certainly kept Mr Bojangles close while that work had been going on. Striding over she pulled open an underside cabinet and pulled out a bottle of something dark along with a couple of glasses. "Fancy a drink? Old Earth whiskey. Harsh but slides down easy". Jess poured two finger's into both glasses and, picking them up, turned and handed one to Amy. "you know luv, I've been going on and on about the ship and crew, but I don't know the first thing about you. Tell me, what get's a pretty young girl like yourself up here chasing comet's"?

Omega: Fusion Reactor (thought I forgot about this, didn't you?)

Bray guided the car onto the landing pad. The team exited the sky car with the commandos in front.

“That is not comforting. One suit puncture and I could be sick for a few days,” Han said. “And who knows what kind of bacteria or virus is in this filthy place?”

The level was dark other than the emergency lighting. Mira and Tallis had their Disciples drawn and their biotics ready. Bray had his Raptor in his hands. The techs flanked Han carrying their instrument cases. Their path led them from the landing pad up a flight of stairs into an open area. There were the usual crates, forklifts, and shelving. A sign pointed to a set of doors to the reactor control room. It was a long corridor, with a security room off to the side. With the power outage the scanners were disabled. That was not a good sign. The corridor was straight and led to an observation room on the left, but straight ahead was another door leading to the reactor control room itself. That’s where they wanted to go. They entered.

The room was a large circular room with a walkway around the perimeter with railing, and points of access to the main floor. It was dark in there. Mira and Tallis used their night vision to look around, but their view of the lower part of the main floor was blocked by several tall instrument panels. They found a set of steps and quietly led the team down to a lower level. The main level was accessible only by ladder. Suddenly the lights came on in the area as the reactor came on line.

“Well it seems like whoever it is, is still here,” Bray said.

Mira and Tallis went ahead. Bray stayed with the group. They took cover behind some ccrates, moving quietly from one to another, approaching the position that Bray had given them for the main reactor panels. Mira signaled to Tallis to climb down the ladder to the level, and Tallis grabbed and slid down quietly. Mira followed. The rest of the group stayed topside.

The commandos rounded the next corner and saw the main panel. Mira did a quick scan of the area and there were no other signs of movement.

“Freeze!” Mira shouted.

The lone Geth spun around to face them. “Do not shoot. We are only trying to render assistance.”

“Are there any more of you?” Mira asked.

“No.” It replied.

Mira contacted the others. “It's clear. Come on down.”

The others scaled the ladder and arrived.

“Kill it!” Han shouted, and he tried to grab Bray's rifle.

Mira and Tallis still had their shotguns aimed at it.

“It has not initiated any hostile action. Please stand down, Sir.” Mira said.

“These things nearly wiped out my people! And they attacked the Citadel three years ago! I order you to kill it!” Han shouted pointing at the Geth.

The Geth stood facing the group with its arms at its side. “That was 300 years ago when the Quarians attacked us. We were defending ourselves.”

“Wiping us out was defense?” Han argued. “And that doesn’t explain your actions at the Citadel.”

“We were not at the Citadel,” the Geth unit replied. “The Geth that attacked the Citadel were not true Geth. They were Heretics. Their run times no longer exist.”

“Wait. Geth have politics now?”

Bray stepped forward. “I don't care about politics. It doesn't change the fact that the reactor is down and there's a job to do.”

“We are in agreement,” the Geth said, “We have been attempting to restore power to sections of the station. We require your assistance.”

“I'm not working with that thing!” Han said.

Mira sighed and tapped her communicator. “VERA, put me through to Naleena.”

VERA made the connection. Naleena had exited Afterlife with Avan.

“Naleena, this is Mira. We're in the reactor building. We're having a personnel problem. You'd better come down here,” Mira said.

Naleena stopped on the steps leading up to the entrance to Afterlife. “Can't I just handle it over the com?”

“You have really must see this for yourself,” Mira said. Naleena could hear the shouting in the background.

“Mira, just tell me what it is,” Naleena ordered.

“Yes, Ma’am. It’s a Geth unit,” Mira replied.

“Geth? Kill it,” Naleena ordered.

“It’s not that simple. The Geth unit is not hostile. It spoke. It said it quote requires our assistance to repair the reactor,” Mira replied, speaking loudly while Han was shouting in the background.

“I’ll be there. T’sarius out,” Naleena said, and walked down the stairs muttering to herself. “Is nothing ever simple? Just once could something be simple?” She hit her communicator. “VERA, put me through to Faed.”

“At once, Boss.”

“Faed, here.”

“Faed, this is Naleena. Meet me in front of Afterlife immediately. I’ll explain when you get here. T’sarius out.” Naleena said and pulled another cigarette from her case and lit it, “This job is going to kill me.”

Amy Hayashi was, if anything, a bit embarrassed.  She wasn't used to someone paying any kind of attention to her beyond her profession.  "Escape?"  She blabbed the answer before she thought about it.  "I hope that isn't bad.  Often my work has me stuck in an office, and I'm, heh, well I spend a lot of time inside.  So, when the chance was offered to get on a ship, I took it.  My work got me here.  Dr. Nu is very difficult to work for.  He is a very detail oriented person."

Above, the view was magnificent, even if Amy often looked to the skies for her work.  She loved space and without anything to block it's magnificence, she was enthralled.  Her hand accepted the drink while she stared upward.  In fact, it took her a minute to realize what she held, though when she did, she lifted the drink to the light.  Amy wasn't a drinker, but she wasn't going to admit that to the Captain in front of her, who had...she didn't want to say so but she couldn't help but be taken by the Captain herself.

"Down the hatch?"  Amy wasn't certain if the phrase was right, but she gulped the whiskey in one fell swoop.  It wasn't exactly the right move as she soon found out, but she wanted to hold it together.  There was a hard cough, then a smile through gritted teeth as tears appeared in her eyes.  Another threatening cough had her want to lurch to one side, but Hayashi tried to force herself to stay still.  The result was the weight of the tilt had her twist her boot heel in and she staggered before catching herself.  "Delicious...," Amy said, rasping.  The whiskey really was delicious but she hadn't been ready.

The good news was that the warm alcohol worked its way into the doctor's system almost instantly and she felt good.  Amy patted her chest with her free hand, then smoothed her coat, and then pat the bun on her head.  She smiled, after recovering and hummed a note of joy.

"My confession, if I may," Amy stated humbly to the Captain, "Is I didn't know what to make of your vessel when I stepped aboard.  And I see that there is much you are working on.  But I do see what is in front of me as something very endearing now.  And I hope that you can accept my apologies for my first reactions.  I find you eminently accommodating and, in fact, quite charming."

The last bit Amy didn't meant to come out and she blushed.  Amy wiped her lip with her finger and quivered a smile.

"You're meeting the boss." Frank said plainly, while climbing back into the car. "She's hot, blue, and... that's about it." he shrugged.

Probably shouldn't give her much more than that.  I barely know this woman, and this is Omega.

"You'll know when you see her."

Frank took hold of the door.

"She'll find you." Frank assured. "See you around, Mols." He nodded, before closing the door.

"To the drugs!"

"Wait, Frank!"  Molly quickly shouted, catching the full attention of Vayne, Irina and, of course, Frank.  Hagen looked past Frank, over to Irina and Vayne, and appeared as if she was trying to explain something.  "Frank never hit me that hard.  I got this bruise from falling down the steps!"

Molly traced a heart shape in the window of the skycar next to Frank and winked at him, before she stepped away.  She waited, taking silent satisfaction in the looks she got as the skycar lifted away.  Once it was gone, Molly rubbed the finger she'd traced the heart with disgustedly and lost her smile.

An asari stepping out of Afterlife caught the detective's attention.  The asari was tall, maybe one point eight meters, wearing a long black leather coat and smoking a cigarette.  Molly knew who she was in her gut.  She approached the asari, who stood calmly as if she were waiting for someone.  Hagen decided it was time she got to speak with someone who knew something.

"Spectre?" Molly said to the asari.  "Your man Frank Eli directed me to speak with you.  I'm Molly Hagen.  From C-sec."

What now? Naleena thought as she switched her cigarette to her left hand. She extended her right hand and shook hands with the detective. "Naleena T'sarius. You're a bit out of your jurisdiction, detective. I'm in a bit of a hurry. What brings a C-sec cop all the way to Omega?"

"Yeah... that kinda sh*t right there is why I usually stick with alien girls." Frank looked back at Irina. "Y'all human chicks are craaaazy." He chuckled.

I wonder what Isaan is up to?

Frank briefly thought back to the salarian he had met on Illium.  He opened up his omni-tool, and began writing a message, before ultimately deciding against it.

"Pleased to meet you, Spectre," Molly said cordially.  "Chasing someone, which is probably not a surprise.  It's important enough to get me kicked off the Citadel, but the trail lead me to the Audron, the ship serving Spectre Deidrus Androkan.  Possibly someone he ran into.  I need to talk with him and I hoped you could help me reach him."

The tall Asari took a drag from her cigarette and blew the plume of smoke away from Molly. "Deidrus Androkan? Yes, I served with him for a while. It doesn't surprise me that your trail led you here. Suffice it to say it is quite cold now, and I don't know where he is at the moment," she said and tipped her head to her right. "Why do you need to speak to him?"

Molly peered up at Naleena.  "Whether the trail is cold or not, he used to be associated with someone who was a criminal.  Also, someone who came into a rather large sum of money.  And that person I need to find.  Androkan's going to have some answers, so I need to talk to him, even if I can't get to wherever he is.  What I'm going for here is that you're going to have a better way of getting in contact with him than I am through normal channels, being a Spectre.  If you worked with him, maybe you could contact him directly...and maybe you have access to something that gets me to talk to him a lot faster than a com buoy relay."

The detective fiddled in her raincoat pocket before pulling out two generally flat, small circular containers.  Both were light grey, but one had a rough, red texture stuck to its top.  Molly returned that container to her pocket and unscrewed the smooth top of the other.

"The details aren't something I feel entirely comfortable talking about out here.  You said you were in a bit of a hurry and I don't want to hold you up.  Maybe when you're done with whatever you have to do, if you need to know more, we could speak in private?  Is there somewhere I could wait for you?"

Molly took her pinky, slid it across the contents within the jar, and applied them to her lips.  "Mmmmn, love this stuff.  T'reiten Isiri...got it from Sirta on the Citadel but it's imported from Asteria...oh, you probably know about it.  Expensive, but with the dry climate, they make the best lip balm ever.  Completely transparent, lasts forever, doesn't leave any residue whatsoever, but its there, keeping your lips from getting chapped.  When you get to the Citadel next, I'd really recommend getting yourself some."

Nice play. I'll go along with it. Naleena thought about the detective's move with the lip balm. She noticed a bench nearby. A group of refugees had just moved, probably to get some food at one of the stands. "I can make a little time. Avan would you wait here," she said and motioned to Molly to walk to the seating area. When they arrived she took a pen out of her pocket and turned the top. "This will interfere with any surveillance devices in the immediate area. This is as private as it is going to get unless you give me something more. I don't know if Spectre Androkan is going to have any more answers than I will. He was assigned the Audron to put together a team. I was one of his first recruits. I could save you a lot of time if you would only be more specific," Naleena said although when the detective mentioned a large sum of money and used to be associated with someone who was a criminal, that set off a red flag to her. I used to be a criminal. I made transactions for four people: Anika, Jess, Aria, and Morgan. No one would question the first three, but Morgan had his funds routed to his family. The Council is stonewalling because I received a pardon, and I'm a Spectre now. The only way she can get this is through Androkan. Unless....

Naleena continued, "So please tell me, who is this person who was a criminal? And who is the person for whom you are looking? And why?" She lit another cigarette off the one she'd just finished.

Making sure where she was sitting was clean (as in clean enough, considering it was Omega), Molly sat, leaning casually to one side but staring with eager eyes to Naleena.  She joked, “I hope that pen doesn’t fry surveillance devices permanently.  I use some of them in my work.”

Becoming more serious, and still speaking in a volume so that only Naleena would hear, the detective went on to give her the details she was looking for.  “It’s the Shadow Network.  There’s an agent who sent us what I believe is a signal for help.  Not for himself, mind you, but for his family, who I think is vulnerable.  The agent sent the ‘message’ from here, Omega.  Investigation, an informant’s confession, and the nature of the communication let us narrow down who the agent was.  The informant I won’t say, but is not that important anyway.  Who is important is the agent we’re looking for, Morgan Severn.”

Molly went on to explain about the sum of money, how it was sent, and her belief why it was purposely meant to catch the authority’s attention.  She said she’d met his family, and that they were in good as shape as they could be, given the circumstances.  “My concern is that it doesn’t stay that way.  I’m worried without tracing the trail to Severn’s superior that there could be retribution against the family, even though there isn’t necessarily any reason to do that…”  Hagen left out the part about Morgan being dead.  Instead, she went on to say, “The problem might be the size of the transaction itself…that the Network might want to get it if they knew, but I don’t really think that’s the big risk.  We can’t trace the sum past that it came from Omega.  Even if they could trace it, though, my bigger concern is that the family be made an example of.”

“There was something that drove Severn to do it, I’m sure.  I think it has to do with that his sister has a severe chronic disease which takes a lot of money to treat and give her a normal life.  I also think that Severn thought they’d be better protected if he were dead rather than alive, and believed he couldn’t do anything else to save them anymore.  Being dead works if your criminal organization doesn’t care.  But we’re talking the Shadow Network here, and we’re talking the most violent aspect of it.  I suspect Morgan worked for someone meant to take care of things in the most horrible way possible.”

A few more details were added, and Molly showed Naleena a quick dossier on Morgan using her omni-tool screen.  Not much was there, but his picture, his physical description in text, and it confirmed the amount of the transaction he sent was exactly the amount he’d received from Naleena.  The detective did say that the dossier was simply meant for showing, and that complete files were only at the Citadel, and purposely not networked to send.

“Androkan has answers, I’m sure.  Maybe you do, Spectre, since you worked with Deidrus.  Can you tell me anything about Morgan?”

Molly rubbed the thumb and forefinger of one hand absent-mindedly.  She then tried to sweep her hair back, but her simple band tying it broke in the process, so she let her hair fall.  Hagen sighed and laughed a little.  “Sorry, mostly things haven’t been going my way today.”

Adir'Razt sat in his usual spot against the back wall of the cafe. He read through messages on his omni-tool.

Recipient: Adir'Razt
From: Frank Eli
Subject: --
Adir, everything is going great.  Found out that I'm getting paid. Like, PAID. I've transferred a little something to your account.  Don't bother returning it, I'll just send it again. Talked to Marius awhile back. He's gotten uglier. Other than that, the brothers are still in business, and doing well. I've got work to do. Will write when I can.
--Frank

"You going to order something, or..." The waitress stood, impatiently tapping her foot.

"Sorry. I was just checking my inbox." Adir closed his omni-tool.

"Finally found yourself a woman, huh? Don't think I didn't see that smile."

"Keelah, no. It was from my... It was from Frank Eli."

"So you're still available, then?"

"Aliza..."

"You've been coming in here everyday for two years, old man." She crossed her arms. "You can't sit there and tell me that you haven't thought about asking me out."

"I'll have the usual." Adir waved her off like a G.  He ain't got time for these hoes.

"Ugh. Whatever. At least you tip well."

Aliza left to turn in the order.

Adir looked out the window at passerby, as he waited.  His eyes narrowed at the sight of four heavily-armed people in C-SEC colors.

Why is C-sec snooping into Morgan Severn's life? And why care about this money so much? Morgan is in danger from the Shadow Broker network as it is. How do I know the detective's credentials are genuine? Or that C-sec hasn't been infiltrated by Broker operatives? My own team had been infiltrated by both Broker and Batarian spies. If we were in a private room on the ship I'd do a mind probe, but not here. Not in public. I must be careful with this. I'll throw her a bone and stonewall. Naleena thought, and sat with her elbows on her knees while listening to the detective.

Holding her cigarette between her thumb and index finger, she took another drag on her cigarette, switched it to between her index and middle finger, and blew the smoke downward toward the ground, then sat up and turned toward Molly. "Detective Hagen, if you must know, a few months ago before I became a Spectre, Morgan Severn was in possession of a share of salvage of a very rare ship. Under Interstellar Salvage Laws, I brokered the sale of that ship to an Asari military contractor from this location. The sale is well documented and perfectly legal. I made a fairly large commission on the sale. That is how his family came into possession of the money."

"Anything beyond that, I'm sorry, I cannot go into since it is part of an ongoing investigation under Spectre jurisdiction," she said and then pointed at Molly with her cigarette. "Unless you obtain a subpoena from the Council requiring me to hand over such information it will remain with me and me alone. And trust me, Spectre Androkan will have less information than I just gave you."

Naleena stood and turned the pen disengaging the field suppression. "Good day, Detective."

She walked back to where Avan was standing and waited for Faed. She pulled another cigarette out of her case and lit it.

Molly was surprised at the sudden turn of events. "I won't stop looking, Spectre," she called after Naleena.

The subpoena wasn't going to happen, but at least the information on the source of the money was useful. It cut off one important end of Hagen's investigation and she had a nose for the truth; the Spectre wasn't lying. Maybe I'm just not getting my point across well enough, Molly thought to herself.

Or maybe there's something else going on...

All speculation on her part.  Molly stood up slowly, still a little raw from the abrupt end to the conversation.  The request to Androkan was going to have to take the slow route.  In the meantime, Hagen was glad she’d had a backup plan, even if nothing else was going on with the Spectre and her group.

Molly had a skycar to catch, so she turned and headed to the port.

Faed looked at the cylinder he’d picked up at Deng’s.  It still had some wires sticking out of it from the work he’d done on it, and two newly installed lights, one red and one green.

“This sounds important,” Faed said to himself aloud.  He wondered if he should take along his firearm.  It was Omega, afterall.

The cylinder’s lights blinked back and forth.

Reaching over to a drawer on his desk, Faed pulled out his predator.  It was basic, with no particular modifications.  He strapped the gun to his hip where he felt most comfortable getting to  it.  With one last glance at the cylinder, Faed headed out of his cabin.

Getting to the front of Afterlife took little time.  When Faed walked into the area, he passed a rather hurried human woman in a long raincoat.  A moment later, he spotted Naleena and Avan waiting directly in front of the club.  The quarian headed straight over.

“You, ah requested my presence, Spectre?”

Griss guided the sky car through the maze of Omega’s structures. They weren’t as neatly built as the Citadel’s. If one looked carefully it was as if Omega once began as something big, but for some reason things stopped, and the rest was simply piled on in almost a haphazard manner: not with a very complex detailed plan like the Citadel. Omega was built completely around a central spire with the reactors near the base and huge power conduits running up and down the axis to the various levels. It didn’t rotate like the Citadel either and everything, air, gravity, was from mass effect fields run by the fusion reactors.

A large section was out. It was dark save for only the central axis, and there was only air in the central axis. Zero gravity.

Griss got on his communicator. “Anika, when we emerge from this tube, you’ll see a landing pad on your right. That’s your LZ. That’s where Anto and I found beginning of the trail. Watch for gang activity. You’re not dressed like us so they won’t think you’re working for Aria. That’s good, but they won’t recognize you either, and that’s bad. Just try to mingle. Score some Hallex and other drugs from the residents  and bring them back for testing.

“We’ll continue onward to our stop about two km from here.”

"Is it much farther? Kira asked.

"Just a couple more blocks." Marius glanced at his omni-tool, checking their location. Looking back up, he spotted four C-SEC officers in heavy armor approaching.

"I wonder what's going on?" Kira tightened her grip on Marius' arm.

"C-SEC doesn't use gear like that unless it's something serious."

The pair grew quiet as the officers neared.  One of the humans shoulder-checked Marius as he walked by.

"Hey!"

He turned to look at the officer, who gave a wry smile over his shoulder as he continued on.

"What a ******."

"I'm sure it was just an accident, dear."

"Yeah. I bet."

Adir'Razt's worksite

"It seems like everyone is looking for Adir today." The young tech chuckled. "He's at the cafe down the street. I swear, the old man doesn't get a whole lot of work done these days. Guess that's why I'm here." He shrugged.

"Who else?"

"Other than Adir and myself, there's two other--"

"Who else was asking about him today?" Marius cut him off, and leaned forward with his palms flat on the table.

"C-SEC. They were just here before you guys." The tech leaned back in his chair a little.

Kira and Marius looked at one another.

"They were wearin' big 'ol sets of armor and--"

"What did they want?"

"Okay, rude." The tech frowned. "They asked me where to find Adir. Actually, no. They demanded that I tell them where Adir was." He nodded. "They seemed pretty angry."

Muffled gunshots were heard in the distance.

"Sh*t!" Marius ran out the door and into the street, with Kira close behind.

Sitting in the sky car, Arian felt very uncomfortable. He nervously clenched his fist and looked out of the window. Despite being used to work with people he didn't know the situation now was somewhat more complicated.

Although the batarian had saved his life on Caleston Arian tried to ignore Essul. There was something about all batarians that made Arian feel suspiciously.

Then there was Griss. Arian had always tried to avoid Aria and her people and he wasn't really interested in helping the self-proclaimed ruler of Omega with some human hating fanatic. She could have killed the preacher but instead exiled him to another district of the station where he now was causing trouble. It was Aria's own fault, why did Naleena even help her with this and send her own crew in to investigate? But at least the mission would give Arian something to focus on.

And of course Eteon. The female turian had only few similarities to Sivia, she was taller, her facial markings indigo instead of white and even her eyes were of a different colour. But every time Arian looked at her he felt like seeing his wife again. It was like Sivia was hauting him everywhere. Arian couldn't help but repeatedly glance at Eteon.

But the worst thing was the sky car itself. Even after many years Arian was still not used to the problems of his size. He had to bend his legs to properly fit into the seat while his head was close to the car's roof. Arian was glad when he realised that they were almost at their target destination. "So who exactly is this preacher? What do we know about him?", he asked Griss.
