Fair enough.
The game looks significantly bigger in many respects than DA2, and they've certainly had a lot more time to plan and work on it - so I don't doubt that they could pull off six LIs if that was the original vision. Obviously I don't know a thing about game development, but I don't think it's necessarily true that more content always equals less time spent on each part of that content. They're certainly not working inside the same constraints that DA2 had, with only four romances - DA:I has had more time, probably a much bigger budget, and the vision and scope seem larger too.
Given how much is supposedly resting on DA:I to wow Bioware's fans back, I hardly think they'd cop out and do a poor job on what is commonly said to be the best part of their games - the characters.
