Who knew I could find a video game character hot. I feel wrong but so right. I'm confused.
They should quote this on the cover of the game, the way some game/book/movie covers have reviews on the front.

Marketing like that would earn my business, though it might be even more effective if the cover of DA:I was just that picture of DHMG

I know what you mean! I actually went and watched some Clark Gable stuff after they showed DHMG in the group shot.

So I've been hoping since the beginning that we'd actually meet a friendly Tevinter Magister (for more than twelve seconds), if DHMG is Dorian Pavus, I will be the happiest dude in the world. Also, I love male mages (and always play 'em), so I am praying he'll be the gay/bi romance companion since I first caught sight of that illegal concept art from the survey. Also, thanks to Swaggerswag's awesome art....
Now I am forced to beg that he's a M/M romance option. And I have officially saved this in the folder "Thank you God". So much liking,

I'd also like to comment that it's nice to finally have a darker skintone male in the game. Whenever I play Dragon Age, it's hard to not notice that my Warden/Hawke (and family) are the standouts because of their colouring (Isabela was a nice change).

I don't know if this has been suggested or if anyone else thigns it's possible, but could he be Regalyan, with some new facial hair? I mean it's been over 3 years since Dawn of the Seeker happened, guy maybe wanted to try something other than his terrible little chinstrap.

What got me was the straps hanging from the leather fauld, but then I saw it on the human quizzy mage as well. (A form of it at least) Up until that point I could only remember seeing them in Tevinter design.

I'm kind of hoping that the companions have their own, unique specialisations, like in DA2. I imagine Cullen is probably the one to talk to for Templar skills, though.

It's possible Viv doesn't teach us anything, cause Solas as the Fade expert sounds more like a "Rift Mage", and I'm willing to bet Viv doesn't teach Necromancy.
Also, Knight Enchanter reads, "Among the Circles of Magi, only a few mages have the strength of will necessary to focus their energy inward. Wrapped in protective magics and wielding blades of arcane force, the Knight Enchanters are rare, but inspiring sights as they lead the charge into enemy ranks." Ergo, it sounds like KE is more of a Circle thing than a magister thing...then again, Tevinter has Circles too...
