This has nothing to do with DHMG but I'd like to point out that is confirmed ELVES HAVE SHOES (and less creepy hands). The elvhen rights activists are having a ball. And they should.

Kaidan was enoughYeah, but options beyond Solas and one would be nice. It means my Male Inquisitors will have multiple romance options. Solas (from his descriptions and image), just hasn't been doing it for me. That's a personal opinion though.
As for NPC romances, I heavily disliked it in ME, as having your character's LI join you on missions added a lot to the romance. I especially didn't like how any gay male who didn't have Kaidan only had one romance, and it was the NPC one. If anyone would like to know what specific moments in ME where follower LI added something (in my opinion), I'd have to PM it as I still haven't figured out spoiler tags.
If you don't have Kaidan you should restart the whole trilogy.

Oh, I always romanced Kaidan, tried Steve once and I learned how much the ME3 NPC romances took away. The reason I say I don't want another situation like that is because, stats show most people left Kaidan die on Virmire.

She now has longer hair, and a lipgloss addiction. Not that I mind makeup on female characters, but BioWare kinda went out of the way in ME1 and ME2 to make her a no-makeup gal, so it kind of weirded me out.

With E3 a few days away and the possibility of a DHMG picture/quote before that I was wondering... is anyone worried about being disappointed? I'm definitely lowering my expectations a little because awesome fanart has set the bar so high, but I expect to be at least satisfied when we see more of him.

Always assume the worst. That way you are never disappointed.

This is going to sound weird but I'm pretty sure I have really low standards, so I'm usually rather pleased with the reality of things ![]()

Knowing 75% of the stuff on here is fan fiction I am okay with anything. I wonder what new half baked theory I will come up with after Monday?

As much as I love that shirtless picture of DHMG, I do wonder if I've gotten my hopes up too high. I figure we'll know for sure by Tuesday, right? I'm sure he'll be as amazing as we all hope, but there's a sliver of doubt that maybe I won't like him as much as I hope I will.

The disappointment going to be..... No soul patch. Heh, oh well his hair is certainly strange in polygons, peculiar placed ears. Tis does not matter my dear, he's got a twirl worthy moustache. Forget all and breathe easy. And he won't be romanceable.

I'm keeping my expectations sky high. Aside from one SWTOR NPC (and Morinth), there are no BW companions that I don't appreciate, for their characterization at the very least. Even the tiny bit that we think we know about DHMG fascinates me, and unless they completely fumble the execution, I can't see myself not loving him.

I know it's not on topic, but my curiosity is getting the better of me... who's the SWTOR NPC?

That would be heartbreaking. I know we shouldn't assume anything, but finding out he's not romanceable could easily be the most disappointing DA-related thing that could possibly happen to me ![]()

It's pretty rare I outright loathe a companion (Hear that, Corso? You're special, in your own way.), so I am also pretty optimistic about everyone. I just happen to be most optimistic about DHMG. ![]()

Skadge. There is literally nothing redeeming about him, and I resent that I have to look at his ugly ****** face, let alone tolerate him giving my Jawa a hard time.
(Corso is my second least favorite, but it's because I hate him as a LI. I can tolerate him as a platonic partner-in-crime.)

Yes, it would be sad to learn he has a wife and kids. It would make for a bad romance to be the marriage killer. Or, would it?
