He was shown a couple of times actually!
Hopefully we get some information soon. He looked to have a new staff two, with the head of a dragon.
That was actually the Staff of Violation. The one Orsino has in DA2. Most of the weapons we've seen so far are from DA2. All of them are placeholders, I think.

In the War Table shot from the previous trailer, he did seem to be shorter than, say, Cullen. He was almost as tall as Cassandra and Leliana.

That's exactly what I want too! I think the armors-change-based-on-who's-equipping-it system they have this time around actually allows for that.
