I hope not, because I like his character, and I'd have a much easier time romancing him as a female Quiz than a male.

I finally watched IGN demo, and oh my i'm so hyped i feel that my head is gonna to explode.

Also from what i heard it seems that he has a really really nice voice i cannot wait to watch full demo in HD without any commentary...

I feel like with Sera being the F/F option and Iron Bull being desribed as "taking to bed anyone who won't break", makes me a leetle worried about Dorian(can finally call him that!)'s availability to male Inquisitor's. If Solas were a LI, I can't exactly see him as being exclusively straight because then both elves would only be available to women, and it kind of sounds to me like IB will be available to both genders. So I'm hoping that the increased amount of LIs amounts to more than six (since the ME series and TOR kind of lacks a fine line of what constitutes as a romance) so that I can get my man on man Dorian lovin'.

As long as he's romanceable at all I guess is fine since I plan on rolling a Femquis anyway, but I would very much prefer to do it as a man.

Also very likely I'm overthinking, due to coming back from work and catching up on these forums for oh... nearly three hours uninterrupted. I think I am caught up (all to do it again tomorrow!).

I'm with you on this one. I don't believe they'll make both elves s/s exclusive. That would be too artificial. To me, Sera's confirmation only makes Dorian as a gay option more plausible.

Well no one is truly evil. We only reason we think that all of Tevinter is evil because we have only been in country under the White Divine. The Chantery under the white Divine see Teviner as evil because of mages being able to hold political power. And, the Black Divine pro magic and pro male version of the Chant.

I think he looks Mediterranean, personally.  Like he could be Italian, Greek, Turkish, etc.  He makes a nice contrast to Cullen (the other human).  Cullen is tall, blond, and fair.  Dorian is short, dark haired, and olive complected.  Nice job, design team!

Fenris doesn't count because he was a slave. That is hardly a mark for "Tevinter is not evil".

I wouldn't say Dorian hates Tevinter. He reminds me of Garrak from DS9. He acts against the Cardassian tyranny 'Because I love Cardassia'. Dorian wants to reform Tevinter because he loves Tevinter (the Tevinter that could be, anyway).
