I'm sorry to the women that wanted to romance Dorian, as some have said. I am extremely happy that he might be available to me, so sorry if it seems like gloating. And it's awesome how well everyone here that wanted to romance him as a female has been taking it. So much better than the Sera situation. You guys are awesome. 

 

Yeah, i'm really surprised by that. Seems like the women here who wanted a f/m romance with him are more mature and respectful than the dudes when they found out Sera is gay. God, the comments.... and of course there were some men who were respectful too (i didn't forget about you guys )

Makes me wonder why the Sera thread got so much hostility...

That's going to be my first "consistent" party. I'll still switch around characters if needed, but I'm sticking to those three for my first playthrough. I expect there to be a conflict of interest though.

I think female gamers are used to playing as men, so they don't have a problem with rolling an m!Quizzie.    Just a speculation.

I think there's also a degree of "lets not let this turn out as poorly as the other thread did" (i.e. people learning from the other thread and not wanting to repeat the same issues.

 

 

There could be other reasons, but in general I appreciate that it's more "happy for you guys" types of stuff and not really any sort of vitriol.

Yeah, I usually play as a woman in RPGs but I'm willing to play as a dude for Dorian! I'm pretty used to playing as a man in every other game so I have no problem!
