I love Dorian, but I feel like his look wouldn't work for me with a modern person in everyday clothes. He looks like he's probably actually kinda old for me, too.
 
BUT IN GAME CONTEXT I LOVE HIM. lol

I don't know, he looks relatively young to me. I do wonder how old he's supposed to be by the time we recruit him for the inquisition though. He's at least still young enough to be fixed up in an arranged marriage.

Depending on how young you can make them look, probably 20-25 area. I never really make them much older than I am.

Mine would be around 28-34. I am kind of used to the young protagonists, but I wouldn't mind roleplaying older PCs. It seems like many of the companions are in their thirties so I might try to adjust to that. Though I could always pull an Alexander the Great...so maybe younger.

I recently turned 25 ... and OMG I'm half-way to 50! A quarter of a way to 100!

And I have almost always found some older men way hot...
Alan Rickman in Snow Cake. Gary Oldman in ... anything recently.
Dorian is hardly a stretch.

I have yet to complete a Bioware game with a male character though ... Dorian might be the first romance I've been locked out of since Morrigan ... but I will try to attach myself to the voice actor they chose and see how I feel. d:

Sometimes I'm seriously surprised how into bears BSN is. Totally not trying to be rude, it's just not what I'm used to. Hearing about running fingers through chest hair kinda grosses me out. XD

I just got done playing DA:O, human noble, female with the intent to romance Alistair. Which gets me thinking that Dorian is the Inquisitors own Alistair of sorts. Maybe to make up for the fact we couldnt romance him in DAO?

The only people who should are swimmers - I wonder if that's how Dorian got to Orlais from Tevinter? He is sort of on the run, as a pariah after all... xD

Yeah I was just joking about the chest hair. It would be okay if there were some, but I wouldn't want them to overdo it in my opinion.
