His head hair (let alone his facial hair) would say otherwise, I think; but other than the thick neck perspective we got on his reveal photo I wouldn't expect him to be atheltic - he's a mage, and I'd expect him to lean to mental exertion rather than physical.

The inquisitor looked even bigger than hawke which was a little irritating tbh. Anyway, I think different builds were dropped when they brought in races so it'l probably be the same for all. That doesn't mean all the followers will have the same build though. All the human males looked kinda big though.
Hopefully the elf male has the same build as Solas.

They may have changed scale. I think they are all the same and perspective is at play, but they have said (pretty sure) that Solas is tall for an Elf, which makes me think they may alter scale, though the base build is the same.
