I think I must have messed up the path with Cortez, because I don't remember having an "out" with him other than saying I liked chicks. Maybe you have to already be with Kaidan and I talked to the wrong guy first. Oops.
There are two "outs" after that that - if you choose the "right man" line, he asks Shep to dance and turning him down closes off the romance option (there's sometimes a third option "no time for love" that only pops up under certain circumstances) and even if Shep does dance with him, there's another line afterwards where they toast that's another out.
Varric really did not like Anders
I don't think that's clear at all - we see Varric protecting Anders at a couple of points (and frequently warning him off of things) - so I had the impression that he was fairly fond of "Blondie" (in a sad kind of way, but even so).
Shepard became the butt of all jokes and became this absolute wanker who struts down a red carpet and decides to buy a sweet apartment the night before a massive battle that will decide the fate of the entire universe.
Eh, maybe this is minor, but I think it's different that Shep inherits the apartment, rather than buying it.
DAI will not have this. I refuse to believe it. DA2's DLCs were great. They had their cute in-jokes but the DLCs remained entirely relevant and furthered the lore and/or story with Hawke.
Eh, I thought the best parts of DA2 were the humour bits, so I'd love to see more of that in DAI. Although to be fair, I thought a lot of the humour was great because it was in contrast to the sad helplessness that permeated the the rest of the story, so since DAI appears to be a return to a more traditional epic story, the tone will probably be entirely different.
ETA: Apologies for the OT. Uh, maybe Dorian has humorous banter? That ties in almost, right? Sorry.
