Kinda hypocritical considering the Sera reveal was met with disappointment as opposed to all this bashing but what can you do? *shrug*

Just people bugging him to hell and back about his wording, particularly the "fully gay" comment.

Oh. Is it the 'You're biphobic' comments again?

That, as well as a few people bugging him about Dorian being gay.
Thanks.... I love your avatar

This is really getting ridicolous.
I'm sure peoples butts will stop hurting eventually... They probably should have kept the romances a secret unti- oh who am I kidding the suspense would have been awful.

To be fair though, I'm glad that they'll get the worst of all the howling and moaning and groaning out of the way now, instead of at release.

Sometimes people really like being petty. There are much worse problems in this world than what a generally decent ser humano like Gaider said in an interview. Makes me sad.

Didn't Gaider say writing a dwarven romance would gross and pedoish though? And that a female qunari could be seen as fetishist? At least that's what I heard.

I don't think I'd be tough enough to handle all of that stress and harassment, so kudos to Mr. Gaider for putting up with that **** to bring us wonderful stories and characters.
Let's leave that behind. I have seen the quote in question, and it didn't read that way to me at all. Regardless, apologies for derailing this topic.Didn't Gaider say writing a dwarven romance would gross and pedoish though? And that a female qunari could be seen as fetishist? I doubt he said it in such terms, and the devil is in the details.
I think necromancy does exactly what it says on the tin and I don't think it involves blood magic. At least the way they described it it didn't sound like blood magic to me.
I am curious how the skill tree for Necromancy will work though, but I can't really think of anything myself since there hasn't been a class like it before.
Also, do you think Blood magic is involved?
I hope not. There has been enough blood magic already. Especially in DA2. Everywhere. Constantly. At every turn, every corner. Blood magic, blood magic, blood ma...
People are tired and sick of it. It's high time to let mages do something sinister and mystical that doesn't involve cutting wrists and summoning demons for once. ![]()
Didn't Cameron Lee or someone say that Necromancy would fit an evil character "well" or something? If true, that makes me think it will involve some health siphoning / dark arts things beyond simply raising the dead.
I'm also curious as to how the Rift Mage and the Necromancer will really differ. Besides pets, I guess.
Uhhh... It seems like Fenris is the only m/m romance option I really admire. I'm sure that Dorian is a great character, but... I'm not into his appeareance. Don't blame me, please. ![]()

Well you can always ride the bull. :v

I was really pissed off after playing DA2 for that exact reason, but after replaying it I noticed that blood magic quests only got out of hand during the last year when Meredith was getting out of hand, so it would kinda make sense.
So Dorian is the only gay male option for romance? Are others all bi/not romanceable?
