Who knows if Jowan is truly dead. He was sent back to the tower, but he could easily be made tranquil or kept locked up.

Or he can live as an apostate under a new alias if you release him and tell him to never come back again.

Look at War Table pic, AlexWk, elves seem to be of same, if not a little smaller, height.

 

Hmmm you're right! That's sooo relieving. Solas even looks to be a little taller even! I'm glad they're not just smaller humans with pointer ears this time! I hope I can create an Inquisitor attractive enough that it would make sense that Dorian would be with him. You know, for realism sake. Not because I want to see them, um, go at it or something like that. That would be almost depraved!

as am I... creators.. I don't know how my elfquisitor will be in a party with him without ogling. I'm planning on going human rogue in one of my playthroughs and have the party of Me/Dorian/IB/InterchangingSolas&Blackwall, i dub them, team Man Candy.

I literally downloaded it off of youtube so i could watch it even when I don't have Wi-Fi... I think this is becoming a problem. A really really amusing problem..

I feel the opposite way. Entire quest lines being restricted to your choices gives new weight to your decisions and it'll be great to see completely new content on a second playthrough.

 

YESSSS! But why aren't there more hours in a day? I'm going to explore every corner of every map on my first playthrough, so trying to scrape together the free time for a second one is going to be a challenge.

I love the diversity in height! I assume the switch to the Frostbite engine (and all the hard work they put into the systems and animation ofc) gave them more flexibility in that regard. I think Vivienne might be cheating, though, with her Resplendent Boots of Elevation and Greater Horned Apex Hat.

A selfish part of me is hoping both the human and elf Inquisitor is shorter than him, but that's because I'm a shortie.

I approve-- and that's also how I plan to play by Inquisitor!  I think the human Inquisitor will probably be between Dorian and Cullen's height? Unless the war table shot just makes Cullen and Blackwall look way taller than they're supposed to be?

 

( And nothing make me pull my hair out more than the dumb 'height rule' found in the 'slash' fandom. )

If we assume Hawk is 6'1", I am literally Varric's height. Maybe a touch taller. Just a smidge.

I don't think Dorian is smaller than the other guys (although I like the idea), because in the picture with the table scene there's no even ground. I think it's just an optic illusion.

really? wow, I hope you're right. I'd be glad to see him as the shortest guy in the group of male humans. Don't know why, maybe because small guys are cute. : D He'd be the perfect counterpart to my male qunari mage or warrior.

Still pleased over how Iron Bull is taller than the male qunari Inquisitor!

 

And pleased over the unique body types, of course!

 

...And that makes me wonder if Varric is taller/shorter/stouter than  what the male dwarf Inquisitor will be. Or, you know, just the same size.
