Aw, I hope he's at least a bit taller than an Male Elf Inquisitor though.

I kind of hope Dorian has more of a height than the demo displayed, probably because standing next to a qunari made him look short in comparison.

 

It's no biggie, though, but I'm playing as an elf for my personal canon playthrough and while I like that the elves in Dragon Age no longer look like short, slight humans with pointy ears (DAO) or like fish-eyed, delicate, anime-esque mannequins (like in DA2), I'm hoping that the elves represent the body type that dwarves (short and stocky), humans (tall and lean), and qunari (built like a friggin monster truck) don't, for variety.

 

But back to Dorian, he looks pretty swell either. I'm pretty sure I watched the demo a couple of times just to get a good look at him in game.

They confirmed there is a bisexual male LI, but we don't know who that is yet.

Anyway, great hearing him at last and some nice auditory detective work!

 

Though she also said that mages are right to be feared, and that they shouldn't have all of that power.

That is probably her opinion in general.

Leliana is a bit...well I tend to play mages.

So I'm going to tell her to STFU.

 

I think she's more angry at these particular mages who apparently broke the world, not mages in general.  No one should have that power, indeed, but she means Fade-breaching magic power, not magic generally, I would imagine.  Anyone with any sense would be against that sort of shenanigans.

I wouldn't be surprised if they don't reveal more. Patrick also wrote Traynor and has said his first attempt was bad because her character was defined by orientation. So he might talk about that. At most I'm expecting them to finally admit IB is a LI.

Everyone looks shorter next to a qunari, and that party had Iron Bull and the femInquisitor. 

 

In the War Room art he wasn't particularly short, around the same height as the other humans.
