The only way I can see Dorian having a happy ending is if he decides to stay exiled. And only if the mages are freed. But mostly, I think he's a doomed romantic.

This is getting depressing.Any half naked Dorian artwork around?
Anyway in the end , possible the Qunari are about to invade the north , Dorian could play diplomat if Tevinter needs some help and humans nations needs to unite.
They might be more willing to change if they are about to get destroyed .
