I would imagine that Dorian is definitely a skilled lover.
If not, my inquisitor will have no issues playing teacher. XD

So, apparently he's wearing his white robes under the armor. That must get pretty warm after a while. i'd hate to think he's getting all hot and sweaty under there...
Those backgrounds made me even more conflicted! I originally wanted to make my first inquisitor human mage but then now I kinda want to play as an human rogue because I don't want to be as involved in mages vs. templars conflict right from the beginning.. but then elven mage?? Qunari mage?? (i just want to play as a qunari they look so awesome..)
I just don't know, it'll be so hard to decide when I finally get to play! :'D
Hm. "Skilled lover" is a term that varies between individuals. How many lovers and/or how much experience versus their ability to communicate and how generous they are. We don't know enough about Dorian to make such an assumption, but I personally have a feeling that he hasn't had that many lovers (how long has he been travelling with Alexius? I doubt he'd be having relations with the Pavus family servants/slaves but then again) ... but he is a very passionate person.I can imagine that he'd be very attentive.
Hue hueeee~ I feel wrong discussing this. Poor Pavus.
I think playing a human mage is going to be fun! Since the Trevelyan family has close ties to the chantry, I'm hoping we'll have the option to play it like, at first, the Inquisitor sort of followed family tradition, maybe even as a child wanted to be a templar until their magic manifested, and they got to see the way some - if not many - of the templars abused their power.
I'm kind of excited, because I think that the family background Bioware gave is going to allow for some interesting conversations.
(Of course, I'll looking forward to playing though the other backgrounds as well! Everyone just sounds so cool!)

I totally agree! I feel Dorian probably falls more on the "attentive" lover side. Which makes me very excited to see how his romance turns out!!
It's kinda fun, but it also would've been interesting to see it from the other side as well. It's a pity that we always only have nobles if we want to play as humans.
Though I suppose a mage can always say something like that there's a difference in being a noble and being from a noble family, at least.

True. Especially since that, as a mage, the Inquisitor would have lost all noble standing. So in the eyes of... pretty much everyone, the human mage Inquisitor isn't a noble, just their family is.
But it would have been interesting to play as a human commoner this time around.

Ugh! Apparently the background page has been 'burnt to ashes' by dragons....sighs Funny thing, that was exactly the background I had pictured for my HN Warrior lol

I'm sorry Bull, as much as I ship this, I'm imagining my Qunquisitor in your place.
EDIT: On second thought, my Qunquisitor would probably be a willing third participant.
Less then 88 days to go! I feel like the days are going by so much slower now.
Hope everyone is having a happy Dorian morning! (or whatever time of the day it is for you)
No need to whisper, you're not the only one thinking that.

I just upgraded my PC today. Both my body and PC are ready for high quality Dorian
I did the same last week so I can share your excitement! My previous graphics card was so old that if DAI only supported DirectX11, I wouldn't have been able to OPEN the game, much less see a high quality Dorian.
