81 and a halfish days till Dragon Age comes out.  I'm not as excited as I was the last time I posted a day count, but I'm trying to get back into the spirit of things.  

 

Does anyone know if the demos at Pax will be new or a re-showing of past demos?  It'd be nice if we get some new Dorian footage! Also would be nice to hear some dialogue from Solas.  Also it's high time we heard some of this banter between Vivienne and Dorian. Perhaps it is too over powered to be contained in small clips though.  -shrug-

I think it they will be showing off the multiplayer. It has a creation system similar to the single player. So, them showing the multiplayer would be killing to birds with one stone. I would also be happy if they showed off the character creator a little more, and the armor system.

It's also a bonus that Dorian, Vivienne, and Solas engaged in banter is like having constant eargasms. Those three have the best sounding voices in the game, IMO.

Speaking of VAs, Harry (British male inquisitor) has a beautiful voice too. I can only imagine the harmony that results when his and Ramon's (if it's him) voices come together during the weighty/emotional scenes.

Hasn't Harry Hadden-Paton been the male voice in all the male quizzy videos?  But either way I support the request for more inquisitor voice samples.

See, I never really got that until recently because I had just assumed it was a random narrator's voice. Regardless, maybe I'm holding out for an introduction like Alix's for the other voice actors. I do hope to hear them all, even more from Alix as well.

If not and if it's Blackwall's they introduce next, two things: good, because we have little info on Blackwall anyway, and two, they're saving the best (at least, personally for me) for last.

Still no news on the VA front, but if they announce it officially, I'd be content with waiting out the remaining two or so months without hearing new information on Dorian. Unless, there's someone with a twitter account who can (subtly) suggest if Ramon Tikaram is Dorian's VA to a Bioware dev. Even a simple 'no' answer will suffice because that means we at least know it isn't him.

A few of us tried several weeks ago, they don't seem to want to engage with that question

(For all we know there's a video recorded and it's in the fabled Marketing Plan, like they did with Indira Varma)

Some people were saying it seems unlikely that any of the exclusively gay or lesbian LIs (i.e. Sera or Dorian) would be race-gated, because the number of people who see that content is already going to be comparatively small. Adding racial restrictions on top of that seems "inefficient", in terms of the resources they've spent actually developing/scripting/animating the romance arcs.
