Sorry about the negativity. I know it can be any other LI or any other kind of gate, I just wasn't worried about it before and now I am and had to vent a tiny bit.

Iron Bull was already meant to be gated and the chances of another available bi/gay male character are pretty slim. Gates on Dorian, especially towards dwarves/elves, could very likely mean that at one point they were alright with gay males playing some races having zero options. Not even one. Nothing. So, I will be surprised if Dorian is race gated. The only way I can bring myself to imagine they'd do that is if Blackwall is bi/gay and fills in some gaps.

UMFG I ship Rorie and Dorian so hard it's painful LMAO. I'd protest BW's gates if Dorian didn't get to romance elves with pics of Rorie and Dorian on a protest sign.

I doubt it, unless Blackwall's gay.  I think whoever's the last LI will reveal who among the revealed LIs is race gated.

If Dorian turns out to be race gated against elves or humans-it'll be a deal breaker.  I can survive if it's against dwarf or Qunari inquizzy's if I really had to, but those other 2 are a must have.  My preorder could be canceled, feelings could get hurt, and price drops could certainly be waited on.

My imagination is vivid and perverted, so I can imagine something really bizzare, like race-gated against humans. The odds are low to the point of no existence, but that'll be an ultimate trolling.

Being willing to sleep with Elves, Dwarves and Qunari would probably be part of the reason that Dorian's considered a deviant by his own people.  One of the reason's I doubt he's race gated.

It sounds like there's going to be a blog post about romances, Mark Darrah mentioned it when he accidentally revealed Solas. He thought it had already been posted, which (IMO) sounds like they intend to reveal them very soon.
