I don't understand the negativity, and some of the responses seem to be lacking a little class, to be honest.

I would have been thrilled if Vivienne had been lesbian or bisexual, even if we ended up with the least amount of options. I wouldn't have wanted her to be straight, because then the gay population in total would have had fewer options than the straight population, but lesbians having as many or more options than everybody else would have been spectacular.
I'm devastated that Vivienne isn't a bisexual option, not because Blackwall is a straight option but because there are some women who were really looking forward to romancing her, and they in particular have to deal with a lot of offensive nonsense when it comes to people explaining how it makes so much sense for Vivienne to not be a romance option. Regardless, I'm happy for the women who wanted to romance Blackwall (they're some of the ones who got strung along the longest).
I don't like that I only have access to one male character I would consider romancing (try as I might, I just cannot see Iron Bull as a legitimate option), but as is often stated, it's not really BioWare's responsibility to ensure that all the options they provide are ones that will actually interest me, and there does seem to (somehow) be a lot of interest in Iron Bull from other players interested in playing gay characters. (And I'm getting one of the ones David wrote, so who cares anyway, really.)
I still would have preferred everyone getting an equal number of options, but I'm truly not bothered by the outcome here. I think they have a varied spread, and although some of the decisions may be a bit curious, I don't think it speaks to any real malice or intent on BioWare's part to favor one group over another.
