There's always those one or two weirdos who pop up in the forums and spout on about how they killed X party member every playthrough for some reason or another. I remember that some people HATED Zevran. Then there was that guy who thought Zev genuinely wanted to give him a plain massage. Ugh.

All I'm saying is, prepare yourselves for a bit of that. Don't get too upset, just shake your head. Some people are frickin' stupid.



Oh yeah I've got Grim Fandango, NWN2 and Zoo Tycoon to play before then!

I'd love for him to maybe give us something important to him. Maybe a ring or some kind of earring (I loved when Zev gave us his earring). And maybe we can give him a special Inquisition necklace, or something that is added to his robes, to show that he's ours.

 

Ditto on this!  I loved getting Zevran's earring -- I even put in a mod that made it wearable as a ring (like Morrigan's gift), so I could keep it on the Warden at all times.

 

Also love the idea of the Inquisitor giving Dorian a token to wear, like Fenris received the little Hawke crest for his armor when romanced.  Having both of these in the same game (rather than one or the other, as happened in DAO and DA2) would be great

I will give him the finest robes in all the lands and then he'll be mad when I make him trudge through the swamps and marshes with them but he won't mind once I make it up to him later...

The logic on this board amazes me.  How that thread about the brothel stays open-I just don't get it.  Sorry for the offtopic rant, but yeah.  I just don't get how we got a visit from a mod for going slightly off topic, and that other thread is just...

I just went to check it out and the SEVENTH POST is someone saying that the whores in the brothel should be named after BSN forum goers because they need to get laid so sex (aka the romances) isn't the only thing on their minds. Wtf. That's so darned rude. D: I can't believe the mods let it stay open after that. Wow. Ugh.

I guess the mod didn't see the discussion in the Cassandra thread not too long ago. They were talking about snorting lyrium off of body parts I'd rather not mention. I think we're pretty tame in comparison. We keep it SFW.....for the most part.

Anyway, back to Dorian - I hope we'll be able to see the necromancy skill tree now that they've shown a couple of basic mage spells. I'm curious to know what his unique abilities are.

 A few pages back when people were having a "Is Dorian a top or a bottom" conversation. Honestly it only lasted a handful of posts. Not even a full page.

Anyway, back to Dorian - I hope we'll be able to see the necromancy skill tree now that they've shown a couple of basic mage spells. I'm curious to know what his unique abilities are.

Well, I hope it's just spirit damage, debuffs, and maybe animating skeletons at most... dealing with actual corpses is kind of gross, but thankfully I can just select non-spec spells for him if that's what is involved... lol...  Either way, waiting to find out is hard.
