Aw, I missed a lot of stuff. ;_;
Aw, I missed a lot of stuff. ;_;
I am very upset that Dorian is not available for romance with a female inquisitor
In fact, for romance i have only Cullen now, because all the other companions look very strange...
... YOU HAVE BLACKWALLS GRIZZLY TAINT ALL TO YOURSELF AND YOU'RE COMPLAINING?

HA HA. Me too. Damn you separate time zone.
I don't have access to the Keep yet, but when I do, I'll be sure to pay it forward.
Should I write you two down? Assuming you don't already have access, of course.
I want so badly for there to be a near-death event for the Inquisitor.
I might want this largely for the opportunity to see Dorian crying over him.>_>
If they make a return in Inquisition, what do you guys think Dorian will say?
I'm not sure if I could write drama well at the drop of a hat, so I'll go with comedy...
Dorian:
David said a long time ago that they're getting rid of a lot of the random combat barks (they apparently only bothered doing them for DA2 out of habit), so I wouldn't expect to see much.If they make a return in Inquisition, what do you guys think Dorian will say?

Maybe they changed their minds since then, but David's opinion seemed to be clear that they were a waste of the budget.
I heard some battle cry in some demos.The lady Inquisitor made lots of funny noises when she got burned by some fire spell.
And there were one dragon battle where it felt like the whole party was having an orgy , lots of grunting.
Also heard Iron Bull saying stuff like "Sera's out" "Could use a hand! ...Sera saying "a little help over here! " etc....
if anyone has a spare code i wouldn't say no to taking it off your hands
Edit: wow this forum is amazing
(and quick) - thanks TeganJ!

Edit: well there's some really cool people in the Dorian thread! ![]()
Well, well this is a surprise.

I imagine it means they pruned stuff that is more like 'i'll show you why mages are feared' 'i tried to be merciful' etc, leaving stuff that conveys information to the player like who is down and who needs help

The audio cues for stuff like that helped a lot during DAII's fast paced style of combat. I imagine, since Inquisition will have a similar combat style, that they'll definitely keep the ones that actually notify the player of what's happening. I guess that makes them less random and more purposeful, which stays true to what Gaider said.
I always thought the random barks were kind of cheesy, anyways, lol. I'm sure the ones they kept will be less... odd for me, if that's the right word lol.

Aw, you don't have to do that... unless you want to, and then I would greatly appreciate it. *Le Cough*

I'd love romance specific battle cries like in DA2 when Hawke went down (did it make it to final game? I don't remember honestly), those were fun.
