Hm... well some of the companions appear to be more serious than others, so that might determine which ones comment on it and which ones don't... So if I had to guess based strictly on what we know right now, I'd say that Sera and Iron Bull would engage in playful teasing... um... Cole might be curious about it... and... Solas, Blackwall, Vivienne, Varric, Cassandra probably won't have much to say.  Wild guesses, of course, but you could probably already tell based on how many are in the "would not comment" pile...  What I can say with some degree of certainty is that I do not expect Varric to pull the Inquisitor aside like he did with Hawke in DA2.  I'm not expecting that kind of friendship between the chars, even if they are on good terms...

I'd imagine Varric would makes jokes as well. As for Cass, if you are friends with her, I can see her playing Mama Bear and Blackwall playing Papa *Bear* lol.

I agree with Varric... he probably should have been in the group with the Iron Bull and Sera, but I was focusing on that special interaction with Hawke in DA2.  There will probably be some mild banter though...

 

As for Cassandra... she really just doesn't seem very friendly or nice from what I've seen, so I have my doubts that she's interested in anything beyond the mission.  I could be wrong about that... No comment on Blackwall because he's simply too mysterious for me to comfortably speculate on.

That doesn't mean that she's nice or pleasant to be around, but I'll just have to wait and see.

 

Anyway, I am kind of curious about her interactions with Dorian now that you mention it... he's not only a mage, but he's from Tevinter.  Cassandra would probably be suspicious of him at least, although I'm sure that will change over time.  Now, whether or not she feels protective of the Inquisitor should he become romantically involved with Dorian is going to depend on just how friendly she is in the first place.  I could see that going either way, but I will admit that I'm hoping the team eventually begins to feel like a family.  Not necessarily meaning that they all get along well, but rather I'd like to see strong bonds develop between characters over time, as well as genuine concern for one another...

Yep , they are both kind of romantic.

I mean Blackwall dream of the wardens of legends , and I'm pretty sure it's the kind of hero Cass would swoon over.

 

There's lots of idealist in our group this time , Blackwall with his idea of what the wardens should be , Dorian who wants to redeem Tevinter , Cass who's a big romantic deep down, Solas who seems to think the Fade is Lalaland etc...

 

So far it looks like the less idealist is The Iron Bull ,it seems like he doesn't give a F*** about pretty much everything.

I was mostly kidding when I said that I wanted her to stay single She can be with who ever she choses when I don't romance her. 

 

I could see her fall for Blackwall though, maybe Cullen as well. Not really Iron Bull, she doesn't strike me as the type that would have one-nigh stands.

So I was in the templar thread and had a wonder, do you think tevinter mages that support Dorian's views will follow him and spread out accross Ferelden/Orlais like those who might disagree and want to hunt him down? It would be interesting to actually get to meet or even recruit tevinter mages in the Inquisition. Also, I have this weird feeling that we might meet Dorian in Orlais. Do we have anything hinting towards which nation he might be found?
