Yeah, long haired Dorian looks like Captain Hook lol. I love the hair they decided to go with.
I don't know, he still reminds me of Hook in a way. This incarnation of Hook, particularly.
I don't understand this sentiment at all, never mind the fact that it's likely to be an adaptation of the system they already had (just because you can't see the point totals anymore doesn't mean the points aren't there). Your companions are still going to approve and disapprove of your choices during quests (assuming they're in the party, and even if they're not for some of the global decisions), and you'll be notified of this when it occurs (you just won't be given a numeric value for it).
How is this in any way something that you can deride as being for the "casual players"?
I can't speak to any of the other differences that have discouraged you without knowing what they are, but your reaction to this particular mechanic seems a bit extreme to me.
And could we please, just please, stop with this ridiculous "casual players" nonsense? Even if one of the people so derided IS a "casual" player, so what? It doesn't make them lesser than those of us who might be considered "hardcore," and it just makes us look like jerks to use language like that in such a derogative way.
So... white outfit or red outfit?
The red. Red is so friggin hot on him.
No outfit.
YES. YES. YES. LET THE THIRST CONSUME YOU!!!!
YES. YES. YES. LET THE THIRST CONSUME YOU!!!!
TOO LATE. IT HAS ALREADY CONSUMED ME!!!
It took me a minute and then I snorted tea out my nose. Thanks for that.

That red does look sinfully nice against his skin...The red. Red is so friggin hot on him.
So... white outfit or red outfit?
Neither. I shall clad him in Gold as befits one in my army. We will ride into battle decked in the finest of colors and jewels so that the peasants know that just because we protect them, does not mean we aren't far above them.
Also I think it would look nice on him.
Well that's okay because he was a total babe when he was younger,Yeah I like current Dorian better too, that one's mustache was a bit too Salvador Dali.

I'm practically parched by this point.
Oh, and I like the red, but the actual red outfit from Enemies of Thedas just doesn't do it for me... so... the white outfit made out of red cloth. Show me them thighs. (And then show them again later -.^)
Can someone explain that comic to me? I'm so confused.
Because gay people love nothing more than to shower with members of the same sex for the sole purpose of collecting masturbatory fantasies about their friends and colleagues. They're visiting a sauna which is sex-segregated. Dorian and Sera are pleased that they still get to ogle.

Sorry, I just don't think it's very cute or funny. Plenty of anguish has been sown by straight people who claim to be frightened of deviant homosexuals sharing facilities with them, and I don't find this sort of "joke" to be amusing.Oh, come off it, mate!

Yes, funny.
And in non-sex segregated bath houses, everyone ogles each other in comics like these.
And I didn't really get the vibe that they were really 'ogling' their friends and colleagues. Maybe casually checking people out, but those people don't necessarily have to be the rest of the party.
And if that's the case, why is the rest of the party necessary? To help set up the scene of the comic in as few frames as possible, in the most obvious way available. The Inquisition took a day off at the sauna. Here's what happened.
That said, if, for some unexplained reason, I was in a non-segregated bath house, it'd definitely be checking people out. Not lasciviously, but I'd notice if someone had some toning going on, or was attractive to my eye.
Which is completely human. I understood the comic as Dorian and Sera were just acknowledging the circumstances to each other, especially as they didn't look too thrilled with being at the sauna before they caught each other sort of slouching off.
It's a joke more on sexuality in general, I think.
But your feelings about it are totally valid, yo. Everyone interprets things differently, and in so-few frames, it'd be hard to guess what the artist of the comic was entirely aiming for anyway.
So... white outfit or red outfit?
BLACK LEATHER!

Totally cool with this Hook
But, Dorian needs his hand. It is not manhandling if there is no hand,
TOO LATE. IT HAS ALREADY CONSUMED ME!!!
I'm still drinking it all up.
Sorry for causing such a stir!Sorry, I just don't think it's very cute or funny. Plenty of anguish has been sown by straight people who claim to be frightened of deviant homosexuals sharing facilities with them, and I don't find this sort of "joke" to be amusing.
Though I'm not intending to aim my response at anybody here (it's just a general reaction to the image). It was probably more forceful than it otherwise could have been (and I regret having it come after an innocent quote), though my opinion of it stands. (I'm certainly not directing my annoyance toward vertigomez, and I apologize if it comes across that way.)

I understand where you're coming from, and no disrespect to the artist behind it, but the reasons you stated are why the joke's supposedly lost on me. I mean, I get that it's done in jest, but... it's not exactly my kind of humour either.
