Source or not, boobs are the most likely scenario since apparently showing boobs is tasteful. Never mind that having taste and class has very little to do with showing or not showing nudity in the game. Any nudity can be handled with class, and any scene can be completely tacky and offensive even without nudity. But ranting about such things does me no good, so yeah...
I'm still hoping for a Dorian bootie glance, since that's the best I can hope for.
If I get something that's on the level of MShep/Kaidan's scene in ME3, I'll be satisfied.

Male nudity would be very nice, but I don't think this'll ever happen. Best we can hope for is something similar to ME3. Either, the characters have their trousers on or the booty part is faded to black. :-/ I can't imagine them giving us something that's more adult, although I don't know why it should be a bad thing to show nudity. It's the way, we are born and a really natural part of human being... but I don't want to get my hopes up, because they already stated to make the sex scenes like in ME3. There will be shadows to cover special parts of the body, or even worse we don't see these parts at all, because they have underwear while having sex lol.
I'm in the camp of not finding sex scenes necessary, but each to their own

For me, the scene in the cafe where they look at each other and Kaidan says something about how they've been together for so long and only now see the reality of their relationship, was magic. I went BOOM. My wife nearly cried when I showed her the scene.
I think they can be done tastefully but miss the mark for the most art in games. ME3 sex scenes were tasteful and in no way awkward or cringed for me.
Well, shower scene with underwear was awkward and Kaidan mshep scene was odd. The rest? good ones, mostly.
what can i say? I really want to see Dorian's butt I don't mind the taste of it 
Samantha/FemShep was awful. I don't see what was so bad about Kaidan/ManShep. It was pretty much the same as Steve, Ashley, Liara, and Kaidan/FemShep.
And I'm all for seeing Dorian's butt, obviously. I won't hold my breath for it, though.
Darkened scenes are perfectly fine and artistic. Maybe with a cute cuddling scene at the end.
