I'll probably give my Elf an american voice because Hawke and (I imagine) my warden had british accents. 

 

I can't wait to show Dorian some elf love. (It's the best)

Soooooo........how many of you guys (and gals) are planning on switching your profile pictures immediately to the Dorian romance tile once it gets released?

 

I'll be glad when I can make my elf inquisitor and use him as my avatar, but yeah I may consider using the Dorian romance tile at some point.

I'm debating whether my Quizzie romancing Dorian should have the American voice or the British one. He's a human warrior, so the default is British, but I could probably head canon that he had a dwarven nanny or something. They both sound so good in different ways. Help me choose?

All vids I've seen so far have used the British voice for the Inquisitor. My apprehension about the American Quizzie is that he might sound too much like Zevran. (same voice actor)

I wouldn't worry about that, I saw a video where Mike Laidlaw talked about Jon Curry's audition and they were stunned it was Zevran's voice actor. They were impressed with the voice range he's capable of.

My boyfriend is used to me swooning over Kaidan from ME, since I only got into both DA/ME about a year ago, so he's used to it now it's become Dorian.

Yaaaaas! Imagine this inquisitor with a full beard and that's EXACTLY how I'm envisioning my first quizzie. I cannot hope more that I can make a qunari who looks like this. And, I'm going into it expecting that he'll have eyes for Dorian, unless Bull seduces the pants off of him!

Same for me. I'm really interested in Bull too, but going into the release, Dorian has me wrapped around his mustache - errr, I mean finger.

When I make an inquisitor to romance Dorian, I'll definitely go with an Adaar. Dorian's parents will disapprove regardless, so why not make their heads explode?

I imagine teenage me would have found it very cathartic. Hey look, now I'm the partner causing familial disapproval instead of the one dealing with the fallout!

Haha... I think having an American accent would highlight the complementing opposite qualities of a Ferelden warrior and a Tevinter mage :-)

I'll have to listen to the voice samples a while before I decide.  Right now I'm leaning towards using the American accent for my elf.  I figure there will be more then enough English accents in game as it is.

I have three Inquisitors planned, one for Cassandra, one for Blackwall, and one for Dorian, and I have no idea which one I want to play first. Urgh. 

 

With the game as long as it is supposed to be, I'll probably end up playing three Quizzies concurrently for them.
