Though I do wonder if there'll be Someone who he really doesn't get along with.

I actually don't think so (at least not to the extend of Sera/Cole)

but the Redcliffe demo showed that things get tense between Leliana and him at some point....

 

 

other than that I could only imagine that maybe there's some tension with Blackwall? dude is very much into protecting the helpless and might not be willing to listen what the guy from the slaver-country has to say

and Solas might prefer not to hang around him to avoid his clothes being mocked....

Well, it is possible. Varric got along with Everyone in DA2, Except with Seb, and even it was more about being bored then disliking him.

Depends on what you call "doesn't get along". For now we know he and Vivienne like to sass each other. And both like to sass Solas.

But I think it's all in good fun. Well, mostly. Because he is friendly and easy-going, after all - can't imagine him really hating on someone even when disagree on something.
