So, Dorian's great! I like him a lot more than I was expecting to. I ultimately romanced Iron Bull because I'm playing a qunari and I don't like extreme height differences, but next game's all about the D, for sure.

 

I really enjoyed the way he responds to the Inquisitor dodging a question about having feelings for him after Mother Giselle starts ****. "Oh, no, it is I who think of you as just a friend, Inquisitor." I felt sorry for him! But, like I said, he was too short for my guy.

I'm loving Dorian more than expected too. He's genuinely nice and makes me laugh. First character I got fully loyal, as well. Glad I didn't have to deal with hurting any feelings though. XD

To take a screenshot, use the share button on the controller and it will give you the option to save the screenshot.  I moved mine over to USB, which if I remember correctly was done outside the game (from the main PS4 screen, choose the DAI options choice under the icon).  That should get you into the video or screenshots you have saved and then you can choose to save them to USB. 

Yeah, I managed to figure it out, it was a matter of trying to get a screenshot and playing the game at the same time and... the result is hilarious because I often press the 'share' button too late.

 

Anyway, hilarious story.

 

A dear close friend of mine opted to stay away from any news of Dragon Age stuff to avoid spoilers, and now that she got the game, she doesn't know who's available to romance and she's playing it by ear.

 

...Now, she plays a human rogue Inquisitor who is female. And she tried romancing Dorian without knowing that he only likes men.

 

Then she found out and she was so disappointed that she texted me saying "GODDAMNIT HE'S GAY! I. Am. GUTTED!" and I was like "Oh God! I'm so sorry! I should've told you! But you wanted to go in on this blind and play it by ear! I'm so, SO sorry!" She laughed it off, though- don't know who she's planning on romancing next.

 

But yeah, goes to show that Dorian seems to attract people like a magnet.

This is very true. I almost never play a male character, but after meeting Dorian 14 hours in, I am already planning to roll a male next. He's just so charming and funny and I love him to bits, Apparently his romance is awesome, too. It will be nice to have a fluffier romance after Solas.

I managed to progress his relationship by doing his War Table missions.  Maybe that will help.

I met Dorian at red cliff but then sided with Templar and got Cole. Dorian came and warned about Elder one coming. I am now at Skyhold. On the guide it says I find him in the library. I can't find him or the library. Any help please?

I feel like I screwed up Dorian's romance somehow. I did his first quest, did his war room operations(which aren't giving me any notice of changes to approval...), flirted non-stop, always took him with me, and it's not progressing. Argh... I feel like I am very close to the end of the game and still haven't even gotten his 2nd quest!

I think Dorian looks cool, haven't met him yet. I'm suspecting I'll like him a lot but I won't romance him. I don't see myself doing a gay relationship. Call me stereotypical minded guy but I can't see myself playing a gay inquisitor. 

 

P.S. I don't hate gays, far from it. I'm just not gay myself.

The library is the second set of doors from the throne, the one on the left side. It's across from where Solas is. All you do is go up the stairs, and Dorian is in a little comfy cubby by a window.

Not sure...this is what I'm worried about too. I guess it's random? Someone said the quest popped up when they were on the way to see him in the library...but then I read somewhere he's supposed to move into your room? Not sure when this happens.

As for what way I like playing that meeting with his father - I saved and played it both ways: telling him, then not telling him. I think I prefer "not telling Dorian" version of the meeting. Not sure why. There is an extra cut scene with telling him, but meh...I liked the extra drama of "YOU KNEW?"

Like yep I've been naughty. Spank me. LOL.

Either way, I saved right before so I could watch it over and over, lol.

I never saw him flirt once with a woman in my playthrough.  Honestly, he mostly seemed to flirt with himself.

He is definitely not in the closet. He doesn't make a big deal about it, but it has been mentioned in banter, so the other companions know (not to mention when you are romancing him, people are gossiping about it).
