Romanian would be the closest accent we have to a Roman one.  Of all of the languages, Romanian is the closest to classical Latin rather than Church Latin in terms of vocabulary and structure.  It would actually be a very interesting accent to hear.

 

A professional comp. linguist commentary:   True when it comes to vocabulary, wrong – if you are talking about the pronunciation.
Modern Romanian pronunciation of the modern Latin equivalent words in Romanian is as close to the original (central, non provincial) Roman pronunciation as any Romance language standard pronunciation of their own equivalents.

Yep. Old English anyone ? Still closer to the modern English timewise then the modern Romanian, French, Italian etc. to the Classical Latin.

Really loving this guy's appearance in the game. Looking forward into interacting with him and hopefully the rumors on him being our Tevinter Magister turns out to be true. Could add a lot of perspective from a more (potentially) friendlier point of view.

Having read (almost) all of this thread throughout the night, I'm going to hope that he's bisexual. I like the idea of subverting stereotypes (which we don't actually know he fulfills) and I think he would make a really hot m/m romance. Maybe if he's as flamboyant as we think he'll be a good bisexual option, then we can have more traditionally masculine f/m and m/m options, like Cullen/Iron Bull/Warden Guy. That way both sides get both flavors, if you know what I mean.

As for the chest hair, I really hope our guys aren't bald neck down any more, I'm not a fan of smooth bodies on blokes. I'm not saying full shag pile carpet, but a smattering of chest hair wouldn't go amiss.

I am going to be so incredibly disappointed if this guy isn't a romance option for male Inquisitors. As soon as I saw him in the trailer I flashed back to my Zevran feels from Origins. 

 

If not him, I hope Solas is available. I've got a completely bald head as well, so I feel for him. Bald is sexy too... So long as it isn't "I've got bad genes and my hair is slowly falling out!"

It's the exact reason why I enjoy the shirtless fur armor in Skyrim.  The inclusion of body hair on the male model really adds enjoyment when I play, to be honest.

Not that it matters... Cause like, his name has nothing to do with how hard my Inquisitor is going to pounce on him. Like, I'll even play a female character eventually if I have to.
