If Dorian is supposed to be the Tevinter Mage, wouldn't he ethnically be more Italian/Mediterranean? I'm not sure how directly Bioware intends to translate Cultural inspirations into ethnicity within Thedas, but I don't think anyone would argue Tevinter has a bit of a "Rome" thing going.

While we never will catch up to those damned prolific Cullenites, I'm happy to see that the moustache love is strong and a force itself!

Nice job.
Well, I'm partially to blame for helping boost them up. I see a lot of awesome Cass fanart on Tumblr, so I like to share them with that thread.
Lol, I have a foot in every character thread (except Sera) and many friends in each one.

It's nice how all characters have fanbases. I'm very excited for the cast of Inquisition as a whole.
Especially DHMG. Really excited for Sera, Solas, Grey Warden and Scribbles as well. And seeing Morrigan again.
Hurry up October.

What happens if this guy ends up being one of the most disliked characters in the game. The last time a trusted a pretty face in Dragon Age I ended up losing my baby before it was born. Why did pretty lady with mommy issues have to take my baby? And, why do I feel like the mustache man is going to break my heart?

From everything that we know about DHMG, I really don't seem him as the type of guy that would do something like that to us.
*looks back for actual non-made up information on DHMG - sees there is none*
OH GOD WHY WOULD YOU DO THIS TO US DORIAN.

Well, if he is Dorian, we know this:
”Dorian-Dorian Pavus is a Tevinter magister. The title conjures fear of arcane master who once enslaved nations. Dorian may wield the power of the magisters, but he delights in not being what you would expect. Brazen and clever, this outcast is on a crusade to rid his homeland of its corruption.”
So he's anti-corruption and he's brazen and clever.
And, if he's not Dorian, then we know this:
uh.....nothing, actually.

Exaaaaaactly. All I'm willing to believe about him until an official reveal and some insight into his character is that he's cute, and that interests me. I do hope though that regardless of whether he's Dorian or not that he's at least somewhat related to that concept.

DHMG has to be Dorian. The expressions, fashions, and hand gestures he has practically scream, "brazen and clever." Looking at the "Last Supper" picture of the team all together, I literally have no idea who else he could be.

so if we of going by the painting of the Last Supper does that mean we can take the actions of the characters in the shot and compare them to actions and personalities of the apostles. Okay, I need a NIV, a King James, and Greek Bible, and ten theological dictionaries. And then, I will either a have doctorate in theology or have a brief understanding of the Characters in DAI

@ joe, lol. But seriously, in one of these threads (the Varric one, I think) there was some speculation that due to the corresponding positioning of Judas and Cole or Varric in the paining, that one of them would betray you. There was no evidence to back that up, but there have already been some discussions about what the whole look of the group shot might mean. I personally think it was just a good looking way to show off your major companions/allies while making them look all intense and serious, but that's just me.

It is funny how one easily identified pose can start a basic art history topic. Also, never trust Cole he is to prone to instinctive behavior. I find Cole lovable to some extent, but his underdeveloped personality makes him risk to himself and others if under fire. And, Varric would turn on you but, not without reason or to protect you.
