alright folks without information i say its time we delved back into the bottomless pit of mindless speculation.

 

who do we think wrote DHMG based on the way the writers interact on BSN. (i'm 12 hoours into a 16 hour shift so im not even sure if what im saying makes sense anymore...soon i will only be able to converse in flow charts)

Any chance David wrote him? He did say he wrote two of the love interests, so maybe it's Cass and Dorian?

I honestly do not really care who writes him, because I thought all characters in Dragon Age were well written. I trust the writers. Now, if the game's pacing allows for proper character development, it would be great. 

 

For clarification, the conversations in DAO were often not gated to events in the game and I as a novice to DAO I presented newly acquired companions with gifts that lead to surprisingly endless conversations. I only realized afterwards that they had nothing to say to me after the initial long run. I managed to get into a romance with Alistair pretty much at the first time in camp.

I'm hoping the timing for romance in DAI is something in between DAO's (too fast, you could do almost all the romance the first time you camp) and DA2 (took a little too long, it was almost out of character for someone like Isabela to wait three years to have sex with you).

I had to look her up, as I know very little about those behind the game. But lord, Sheryl Chee. She wrote Isabella? She is my favourite character through the entire series.

Saying that, I actually did side with her on my last playthrough. I didn't release she could survive....

 

Why would anyone side with her? Were you playing an equally unlikable character at the time time? Seriously, she is the worst character in DA II.

If you're playing as anti-Qunari, she might be a better choice.

I was playing a really hard ass Hawke. She killed Javaris Tintop, sold Fenris back to Deneris and pretty much p*ssed off everybody. She wasn't a well liked lady at any rate, but it was fun to try a different playthrough rather than my usual sassy/goody-two-shoes Hawkes
