well hello there...
i've bought my copy of dragon age origins.
i've sent all my redeem codes, i've already downloaded three features:
the collector's edition, stone prisoner, and warden's keep. but still i dont manage to get the dragon blood armor, not even in my bioware profile page appears that i got it, and yet i've sent the code!!!

whats that supose to mean?

You specifically entered the code associated with the Blood Dragon Armor and it doesn't show up on your Registered Game Promotions Page?



Aside from trying to enter it again, your only recourse is probably contacting EA Support at http://help.dragonage.com/. Its possible that the code on the card wasn't correctly tied to the Blood Dragon Armor DLC.

i will try the customer's support, yes i've entered the code, a green message appeared showing it was the correct one, and the blood dragon armor doesn't show up on my promotion's page...

still i will try the help page.
