Right, something has been bugging me.

During the Citadel 'goodbye sequence', as femshep Liara comes up and says goodbye by standing next to her and chatting, in the manshep version she snuggles her head against him.

As shown in this video (manshep at 3:00, Femshep at 7:00):

Now, is one romanced and one unromaced? Because in the romanced verison she doesn't snuggle (then why would she in the non-romanced version)? Or is is a femshep/Manshep difference (like the Aria kiss)?

It's a MShep/FShep difference. If there's no romance (or Thane) Joker is the one Shep talks to.

Ah ok. Interesting, I can only think of that, the conversation with eve and aria's kiss that are major differences between the two (although this is based purely on youtube vids having never played manshep).
Am I missing anything else?

There is that one scene back in ME2 during the beginning of Garrus's recruitment mission when you talk to the Blue Suns guy. For FemShep he thinks she's a stripper and there's a Renegade interrupt to brandish her sidearm.

 

Edit: Also for FemShep in ME3 she can ask Joker if he ever thought about the two of them being romantically involved.

I'm not quite sure. I haven't done Priority: Earth in a while and I usually opt not to do Liara's gift.

In romanced versions they kiss. In non-romanced ones she places her head on Shepard's shoulder.

If you don't talk to Liara at all in ME3, she will not offer the gift
