I am still loving the game. I haven't got the neon powers yet (@spirosz good screenshots). I feel I have to do all sidequests/clear out areas first before I progress with the main game.

Spoiler

I just finished the bit where Deslin climbs the Space needle, man the view.

I hadn't paid any attention to this game previously and haven't played any previous ones because I don't have a PS3. Saw some reviews and gameplay and it looks pretty good so will check it out eventually. That said I have no idea when I'm going to get around to buying a PS4.

...Also featuring Laura Bailey.

I'm loving the game so far.  Just met Fetch, so sweet.  Overall, I'm liking the story and Del, how does he compare to Cole?  I don't know, since I had two games with Cole and still haven't beat this one, but so far, I like him, but he's different and that isn't a bad thing.  I can relate more to him than Cole so far, but that's all I can really say so far.

I love the upload feature of the PS4 as well, so I've been taking screenshots as well -

*snip*

Oh, right, I forgot that you could take screenies directly from the PS4 these days.

As for Delsin -- To me he reminds me too much of his voice actor Troy Baker (like how he presents himself in interviews) -- He comes off as being too arrogant sometimes. Especially the things he said about James Sunderland's voice actor in SH2. He's got an ego problem that almost rivals Kanye West. But despite that he's usually good at what he does. And nobody said one had to like Roman Polanski, Woody Allen or even Troy Baker, but they are good at what they do.

I just hate douchebag protagonists who runs around flipping the bird, acting like they are the 1% -- like they are an oppressed minority fighting for liberty, rather than a bunch a masochistic twats putting their t-shirts on over their jumpers and blindsiding old ladies. See the new Dante from Ninja Theory's DmC.

These kinds of protagonists I dislike a lot. But I'll see for myself when I play the game. I've loved Sucker Punch games since the first Sly Cooper.

Deleted by the government to secure your freedom. Serious answer: There's an interview on a Silent Hill fan website, relating to him trashing the original James Sunderland voice actor. I'll link it in a PM if you feel like reading it. Then there's The Last of Us documentary. He's not being a douchebag there, but his ego definitely shines through. There are a few where he keeps talking about how he's so incredibly honoured to be in this and that series, which repeats itself in other interviews. In other words -- He's basically saying "Look at how great I am". I don't mind a bit boasting every now and then but I don't particularly care for Baker's attitude sometimes.

I don't know. It seems like he genuinely cares about the industries he's involved in and is genuinely honored to be where he is. He takes the video game and anime industry seriously. Like he doesn't just go in, do his job, and is done with it. He's a fan. Or he comes off as such in the various panels he does at conventions. If he does acknowledge how good of a voice actor he is I'm not sure if that's necessarily arrogant.

I don't deny that he doesn't care about the gaming industry, which also can lead to arrogance. The thing here is that I don't think it's my place to convince someone else how I feel about Baker. To me he comes off as arrogant in a lot of stuff I've seen him in. And trashing the voice actors of Silent Hill 2 was a bit uncalled for in my opinion.

While true at conventions he acts different, you have to remember alot of the people he does praise, he's also good friends with. Tera, Bailey, Troy, Yuri, Nolan and Travis are all very good friends and he also gets along with Hale, Erin ect so there could be some bias there(note I'm not saying he is bias, just saying there could be). Not saying he's a bad guy, I like Troy alot. I think he's a fantastic actor and a funny guy, but like Chris said sometimes he can be a big douchebag so I can see why Delsin right off the bat might not be his cup of tea. Plus Chris loves SH2(the original, not that HD remake) so Troys words on the old cast of SH2 does sting more, but that's just my opinion. Take it for what's worth.

Yeah I see where you guys are coming from. I'm less likely to like someone who trashes something I love too so I definitely understand.

So I just beat the game, pretty dope overall.  It felt a bit short though... maybe it's because I had all weekend to play, so that's why, but otherwise, very well done game.  Story is decent enough, with a few nice moments, but I enjoyed InFAMOUS' original two stories better.  Though, the one side quest in this game is really interesting so far, so I'm curious about that - overall, I really enjoyed Del, Fetch and "Unknown" - that power is so... amazing, damn.

Anyway, gameplay is awesome, though the wall running could use a lot of work, since I found it annoying at parts, but it felt like they never wanted you to ever do that, so utilizing the vents and other jumping abilities you gain later on.

I hope there is some awesome story DLC for later on.

There are some screen shots I would like to post because they look amazing, but I feel they would be spoilers.  So here is one of Seattle instead!

I am only a third of the way through and I am still enjoying the game. I do like the relationship between Delsin and his brother Reggie.

Already completed 70% of the game. It is definitely one of my favorites.

I don't like one feature though. This will not affect my honest 5 star rating for this game, but still. I'm talking about the PaperTrial. First I had to register on the PaperTrial website. Then the website notified me that my phone with large full-HD display has too bad screen to observe some photo clues, so I had to turn on my PC. Then I figured out that I had to visit one more website to find some additional clues... Well, don't get me wrong, all of this is tied to the game's story, but when game forces me to make some internet surfing to unlock in-game missions instead of actually playing the game to move the story forward - this looks annoying rather than enjoying... I really hope this isn't a trend of some kind. First TLoU+Facebook, and now this. Devs should concentrate on in-game content. Those social features are excess.

Ah Seival, I agree - it's not the games fault, but a cluster of issues on the net's side.  You know it's a six-week event right?  So, they'll continue to release features for that side quest, which I personally find really interesting, since I love the way they portrayed that power, visually.  Though, I have to disagree about certain issues with that quest because I do like that you have to go out of your way; go to actual websites, find clues from the wallets, etc, to finish off certain parts of the quest.  It makes you involved.  My issue was with the technical issues that make it more of a hassle, than an actual enjoyment.

Looking forward to this game very much after I am done with Dark Souls 2. But I am loving Dark Souls 2 to bits, so I'm in no rush. It will be my first InFamous game, and it looks great, and I'm liking the anti-government themes.

Completed the playthrough as True Hero, and stayed very happy about that :)

I think that I'll continue PaperTrail even through sometimes it becomes quite annoying... By the way. Anyone completed that conduit test? What results did you have? For me it was 89% conduit with smoke powers :)

I just got the game today and having a lot of fun. I really like the freedom of movement and the powers, and the fact everything is open. I spent some time getting used to the controls more when I came to my first real open gameplay against the D.U.P., and it's going to be fun. It really opened up just now, and I have freedom of movement and plenty of things to collect. Looks like things are segmented into territories. Going to be a fun action adventure.

Unfortunately, it's not coming to any other platform but PlayStation 4.

The writing in the game is solid, too. They set up the main antagonist early and there is some good subtle exchanges, and it feels pretty personal.

The game looks amazing ESPECIALLY for a sandbox. I'm a couple of hours from getting my plat on it (didn't have my PS4 about a week and a half). I really hope they add Paper, Wire, Glass and Metal in future DLCs. The first 3 powers are amazeballs (Endless Speed FTW) but Concrete is really underwhelming in comparison. I like good Delsin much more than Cole but playing evil is more fun. Dat evil ending is LOL.
