it's a melee build.

I guess I'm just used to the Hurricane's recoil, and accuracy isn't a problem when you're right in somethings face.

I remember this build performing really well on Glacier.

 

Oh...that explains it. I personally shy away from melee builds for the krogan as I always seem to get instant killed by phantoms despite that I feel they shouldn't have according to their animation (lag I suppose). Then there's your team mates helping you to calm down by kill helping the enemy you are meleeing; no rage for me.

 

I rather throw lift grenades from a safe distance, shoot my gun and then melee as a sort of last resort. I know that doesn't sound very krogan like, but I do usually carry a shotgun and head butt my team mates.

The Revenant is trash.  For all of its noise and kick and thump, its damage is pretty sad.  

 

I understand that its "me Bren gun" niche and all, but seriously ......  its just under powered for its obnoxiousness.

 

It was an excellent gun in ME2.  It will never be as good as it was back then, trapped on a Collector ship, a setup / ambush on moving platforms, and I get to unleash me bran' new Revenant.  Glorious times.

 

The damage is actually pretty solid.

 

The problem is that it couldn't hit the Citadel if you were standing on the Presidium.

Indeed.  How many times have a watched a Marauder with one bar of health survive the rest of my Revenant's clip?  Many, many times.

 

As a scide note, scions with one bar or armor seem to survive longer than they should vs any weapon except the high damage / single shotters.

revenant's damage is pretty decent. it's just hard to hit targets will all bullets because of the crappy accuracy. i used on my turian soldier for a long time but now i like using on my batarian soldier. seems more fitting for him.

I have noticed this as well and it is maddening. I feel like the hit box on them get mangled/distorted when they've hit a certain percentage of armor remaining. 

 

OT - Revenant:  Good sound. Respectable damage for a rare. Good lord, how could I not hit that Atlas with the entire clip...? It's great in hard cover though. Even more so with DM, MM or HM. Otherwise, you have to be in the face of whatever you're trying to hit. And if that's the case, why not just headbutt them instead of messing around with a gun?

But only MM classes fix the main problems with the Revenant (not dakkadakkadakka enough sound and accuracy). Does not compute!

Indeed.

R2Lonely pls, hard cover has limited tactical value in MP. And the Revenant's accuracy issues improve but do not just go away when you shoot from hard cover.

ok so, I tried updating the link because I actually use an Assault Rifle amp instead of a Strength Enhancer, but it seems to be broken. :/

Only way I have found to play him is w/ TSol b/c accuracy. Completed the challenge and have not picked it up since. Matter of fact, I think I heard some of the crew mentioning something about the airlock...hm.
