I had the same problem. Copy the example text and just change the numbers bit to match your profile, worked for me.

Hey,
I've bought Dragon Age Origins Ultimate Edition on Steam sale (7€ now with all DLC's). I have managed to register the game on old website, but each time I copy the link to Dragon Age in games section on new forums I get message :
Dragon Age: Origins: The data you entered is not in the correct format
I copy exactly the link from player profile.

which part of numbers should i change ?
Check your inbox, but it's both. But the content server being down might screw with things.
Registered it and its true I havent uploaded any DA:O data to the server yet. Thanks
