Would it be to much to ask for a concept art(or a screenshot) of a mage inquisitor armor some time soon? I'm dying to know what it looks like, will it be battle-oriented(Kirkwall Champion-ish armor) or full-on robe(I hope not)? If there are concept arts already, could you please post them here. Thank you.

I wouldn't mind having the armor that Flemeth had in DA2. Not sure what it would look like for a male.

Robes wear robes
Why wear robes if I could just wear a shirt that has a bullseye on my heart? ![]()

I don't think a male variant would look good ![]()

They'll have to do good to beat the mage armour in DA2. Seriously that armour was awesome.
Yeah, that armor was like the only awesome looking armor for the mage class

They could have it exclusively for females and the males get their own type of armor

Could use less belts, but I dig it.

I'd like the option to kit my mage out in heavy armor

I read this as "Mage Inquisitor Army" and I got sooooooooooooo excited
but I really hope it's something cool, Mages always get gypped with hideous robes.

I think the one in the middle is for mages.
EDIT:
Possibly this as well.

I also thought they were mages at first, but the kit on the belt looks a lot like lock picks.

Nice armor, it has the desert feel in it

Hell, if I could have an army of mages with bad@ss armors, all the better. But after the Inquisitions job is over, I don't think the chantry would sit well on the thought of an elite mage army.

I missed the belts part, you're right.
This might be mage armor, judging by the belts content, a pouch for carrying spell books perhaps?

Or perhaps this one, with nothing on the belt?

On the left back-side, take a look at the belt on that one, it has a book hanging on his right side. That must be a mage armor, hopefully. It looks simple, but it is awesome looking

I think we already have a screenshot of that armor on the main website, or at least something that looks a lot like it

This one is beautiful
I would feel incredible playing as a mage in this armor. This collection of Inquisitor concept art is really exciting, I love the idea that we can have armor that ranges from simple and traditional to multifaceted and unique!

In any other game I despise playing as any mage/damaging caster type. In Dragon Age, I have to force myself to play the other classes and always come running back to being a mage. Mages in DA are simply divine

Mages in Dragon Age make you feel like a God. In other RPGs like Skyrim as an example I'm like "oh look, light comes out of my hands" whereas DA I am like:

DIE you mere mortals.

The only thing I dislike about the gold mage armor is that the knee caps look just as weird as Sebastians belt buckle. I would prefer optional religious imagery on my armor (especially for mages...) But yeah, beyond that holy crap that is glorious.

You must be joking, right??! That was a true hobo armor, it's been a long time since I've seen protagonish wear anything that crappy.
Seriously, people think that the more spikes you have the more cool is the armor. It is not. Sleak maybe carved armor looks A LOT better.
Spikes will only get you stuck and in best case killed.
