I've played DA2 and it feels so incomplete even with the superior DLC's they put out, I would love if Bioware could do one more DLC just for completions sake, I mean Mark of the Assasin had nothing relevant to add to the story, I was hoping the Exalted March could somehow be continued lol.
Maybe put a Hawke DLC for DAI, I dunno I just want completion if possible.
Short answer... no. Some DLC for DAII was cancelled to focus more on the Inquisition. There's quite a big chance we will see the base idea/purpose of that cancelled DLC in DAI. Also they said that they're going to solve a lot of mysteries from past games.
No, DAII is dead for BioWare, just like DA:O. Just wait for inquisition.
I understand the technology is backwards and the time/money investment would be ridiculous. BUT, I do think it would be super cool if they did some tiny DLCs for both DA:O and DA2 that wove some new elements of Inquisition into the previous stories. Not necessarily a separate storyline (ala The Stone Prisoner), but just some new dialog, cutscene, easter egg, or something that we'd find on replay that ties to the new storyline. Maybe prequel versions of some of the new NPCs (Companions or others).
For all it's faults and for the problems I had with DA:2, I was still upset when Exalted March was cancelled, given the superior quality of the other DA:2 DLC (which in my opinion fixed many of the issues I had with the base game, such as wave-based combat, enemies spawning from five feet above the player's head, and recycled areas).
I had every reason to believe that Exalted March would have been pretty danged good. Oh well...

It's too late now. I think BioWare would be better just moving on to Inquisition like they're doing. Legacy and Mark of the Assassin might have fixed some of the issues DA II had but you had to deal with them again when you got back to Kirkwall. Better to have a fresh start and include some of the elements from Exalted March in Inquisition.
There is absolutly zero need for this to happen.

Yeah woulda loved this tbh, never happen though pity as well i always get the feeling Hawke's story just wasnt done
I wouldn't mind seeing Bioware try to get the band back together and maybe do a Leliana's Song-esque DLC for Inquisition, maybe as a lead-in to something plot heavy in Inquisition or just to tie up the last remaining plot threads in Hawke's story?
I know it'll never happen, but it's a nice thought.
