I decided to check out the way IE alters colours for web pages. After all, I guessed that if the other browsers can do it, so can IE.

IMPORTANT POINTS:
1) This changes the colours for all web pages, but is easy enough to revert if you want to. I will post a screen shot in a moment.
2) I altered both web and computer colours to gain effect in screen shot.
