So i bought unity played for 10 minutes before i fell through the floor encounterd faceless people my save corrupted. This is the buggiest AC Game Ive played.
I'm a few hours in and haven't had any significant issues thus far.
I had a some frustrating slowdown when I was in that cathedral looking for the secret Assassin's entrance but nothing else.
E: Welp, just fell through the floor. :X
Okay, Ubisoft, I changed my mind -- Don't ever do female characters again, in fact just forget about Beyond Good & Evil 2 -- It's probably for the best that game is never made. I don't think killing, then doing some parkour, then kill some more, would fit very well with Jade anyway.

After Watch Dogs and Unity, can't wait to see how much of a disaster FC4 is.
Let's hope not. That's actually one of the few games, that Ubisoft has made recently, which actually looks really good. FC3 is definitely fun.
And i actually agree. But the problem of the gaming fandom in my opinion is their bipolar disorder. Their black and white views of devs. Ubisoft had surely screwed up, But they aren't all bad, You know.
That's not bipolar disorder. Bipolar disorder, also termed manic/depressive disorder, is where a person will switch between manic (hyperactive, rushed thoughts, low attention span etc.) and depressive states.
What you are describing is a symptom of borderline personality disorder, in this case splitting. Splitting is where a person with the disorder believes that people are either all good (white) or all bad (black) depending on the situation. Someone with said disorder is incapable of viewing people as consisting of both good and bad, and it is quite common (if you are in a relationship with such a person) for them to scream at you for being a horrible person then switch to telling you how great a person you are (when you do something nice) in the span of a minute.
I got a single bug. Just one (falling through the floor). Once again, the internet is seeing a few people with issues and slitting their wrists over it. Nothing new, really.
It's totally unoptimized, but it's hardly a bad game. The actual GAME part of it is fine, and once I manage to play it at 50 or 60 FPS, I'd probably say excellent.
I was under the impression that Ubisoft announced that Unity would only run at 30 fps for the entirety of the game?
Edit: Article for it - 900p and 30fps for consoles.

With this situation they should kiss Ubisoft's ring for having 20 fps!

Well EntropicAngel does have it on PC, but he's running at the lowest specs.
We also have to remember that Ubisoft doesn't have a good track record for making PC ports.

I've been telling everyone I know to stay away from the game. Ubisoft knew this game wasn't ready to ship and they did it anyway. Now the dev team has to finish development through patching the game. It's becoming more and more common these days and I always speak out against it and refuse to give them my money even if I really want to play their game.
With people missing their faces.
Yeah lool.. Yeah there's bug.. But bug often happens in a open-world game. SKyrim had bug, GTAV had bug and DAI will have bug.

I see. Thanks for the info.

They can't even get their micro-transactions systems working properly. No wonder they're in a panic.

It's sad that of everything going wrong, this is what they prioritized for patching.
Completely expected, but I still get to find it saddening that it happened.
Because giving this game to a bunch of testers to reveal its bugs, glitches and crashes is a sin.

The people who bought the game are the testers.
Ahh, after the game has released looks pretty good. Pretty on par with most recent Ubisoft releases.

For the next installment which no one will buy I assume.
I only got my delivery early evening, just about installed. Looks like people are having some crazy bugs. I suppose it depends if there are a lot of game-stopping bugs or not. I played Skyrim at launch on PC, weird funny bugs don't bother me, just game-stopping ones.
Well, if anyone is on PS4 and is looking for people for the co-op missions, I'll probably be playing a fair bit tomorrow (doubt I'll get far in the game tonight). PSN thing - LordDrakkon.
Praying that FC4 isn't a mess.

It's been said that the villain Pagan (I think it was?), voiced by Troy Baker (because who isn't these days?), has underwhelmingly little screentime, perhaps even less than Vaas which is discouraging but otherwise it seems as solid as Far Cry 3.
I'd agree with you if it wasn't an MMO. And wasn't it delayed?
Yes it was delayed to 2015, and i'm thinking it's going to play something like Destiny or Dayz
