The problem with Nolan North is that 95% of the time all I hear is Nathan Drake.

I want even the females to be voiced by Troy Baker. The options for the male inquisitor's voice will be as follows:
1) Higher, less experienced Troy Baker
2) Deep, gravely Troy Baker
3) Snarky Troy Baker trying to sound French
Nolan North will be the hidden option unlocked after playing the game 3 times.

John Cleese as the male inquisitor. Hilarity with a touch of madness!

Didn't they say that the VA hasn't worked with them before?
David could have been referring to BioWare Edmonton and not bioWare as a whole.

Nolan North needs to use that phoney cockney accent just for the lulz.

I must object on Nolan North, he will always be Nathan Drake to me, hell, he is Nathan Drake. As for Laura Bailey? I never get tired of hearing her voice. I mean off the top of my head, Serah Farron, Reimi Saionji, Helena Harper, Serana, Chun-Li, Catherine, Isara Gunther and I'm still not tired of her voice.

Brian Blessed for dwarf inquisitor. I'd pay double for that.

In defense of Nolan North -- If the voice director allows him, he can easily change his voice so it won't sound like Drake. Simply look at his performance as David in The Last of Us. Fantastic. He has quite a large range which is the reason he keeps finding jobs after all. I would rather see some other actors getting a shot though ![]()

Yeah Nolan North has an excellent range he's just one of these unfortunates who gets typecast alot and made to use his more "iconic" voice
Same for Laura Bailey as well, she has an excellent range to but she generally gets shifted into one particular voice, I really loved how she did Lust's voice in FMA for example but she rarely gets to do that type of voice T___T
As much as I love those two VA's I think its time to let some new talent appear on stage ![]()

I'd rather have both Troy Baker and Nolan North voice the male Inquisitors.

I hope they don't waste them. They impressed the hell out of me in Saint's Row and other older games.
My question is whether they will have Nolan do an accent, because that doesn't always seem to work for
him. I'm also hoping they don't have Bailey do the young girl voice.
She kind of sounds like a 12 year old sometimes and I'm not trying to have my Lady Qunari sound like a little girl, so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
You do know she voiced the main female character in Saints Row and Bloodrayne right? Saint's Row

I'm tired of both to be honest there both good VOs an all but someone else deserves a shot personally I would want Ali Hillis for some reason I see her voice matching a female Qunari really well and it would probably work for the other races too as for the male well might as go with Troy Baker he's got a really good range of voices and I prefer him to Nolan North anyway, plus have you heard his Sinestro? That sounds Inquisitor enough for me.

Who's Laura Bailey? I've never heard of her or any games she's voiced.
She voices Kira Carsen in Star Wars: The Old Republic.
If you haven't played that MMO, Kira is the primary companion for the male Jedi Knight spec.

As well as video games, she is a well known anime voice actress. She has a good range in being able todo a young voice like Maka from Soul Eater or a more mature voice like Lust in FMA.

After completing Bioshock Infinite's Buried Under the Sea Part 2 DLC (thats the one where YOU play Elizabeth) I Would definitely like to see Courtnee Draper, I'm not saying she should necessarily be the female inquisitor but damm she would make for a good party character if those roles aren't taken by other VOs already, plus Bioware could get her to sing the end credits she's got a great voice why waste it?

Yeah, she's been in plenty of games but her role in many animes is her claim to fame.
