Well, part 1 is up and part 3 is uploading right now. Sorry for the delay, I've have had a couple of problems at work and I had to do extra-hours.
Part 2 and Part 2 assets are still on the works.
Both Part1 and 3 need code adjustments, that is I'm going to do now. I have to investigate it and go for it.
Part 1 has 5376 frames
Part 3 has 3817 frames.
Part 3 audio seems perfect (it lacks of the last audio updates, but is syncronized), part 1 audio needs a bit adjustment (Probably 0.1/0.2 sec) in order to have it full syncro. I still have to investigate why larger files cause problems.
Both files being uploaded to Adrive repository, and each package contain MP4 (normal), AVI (cropped the black card around), HD bik (970.000) and ultra-HD bik (1.200.000). The Ultras (I had to name them somehow xD) don't work properly because the larger files problems. Numbers are the "Compression to a Data Rate" parameter in RAD Tools to convert the avi to Bik files.
The difference between those formats is noticeable, but 970000 format is fine.
The rar also contains the audio files. Keep in mind MP4 files crash the RAD.
Programs used for this version:
-UDK for main videos
-Movie Maker to put in order MP4 and generate main format. Also to generate audio and syncro.
-Pazera tools to convert MP4 to avi and crop.
-RAD Tools from avi to BIK. Also to mix BIK with audio file.
Well, you don't really need to upload the single videos. Just tell me the frame counts like before. I'll just adjust the BioD_End002_500Choice.pcc to fit the frame counts and upload that file. Then you can just package the entire mod and upload the final version.
That's the easiest way to do it I think.
EDIT: Ah, well, just saw that you are already uploading. Well, in that case, I'll give it a test run on my end before sending you the final file.
I want to upload for the reason I told before. No one is free of having a computer -or personal- accident. So I like to have all the files shared to not leave the project hang forever.
I agree with you, is easy this way. Is just I love backups/sharing
Sorry for the delay with last files and thanks for the help once more
File is up. I could only test it without sound but it works beautifully. No frame freezes anymore either. It flows really well now. pcc file is on ADrive:
Part 1 is out of sync <- my fault. I can repair it tomorrow.
Part 1 has thannix explosions missing <- I can add them
Part 1 has asari explosions missing <- same
Part 3 has scratch sound missing <- I can add it as well as soon as I find one and upgrade track.
Second, video.
I can see a brief frame of the choice scene when shep has to choose the crucible option. As is a background scene, is possible to do a replacement or modification to that scene and turn it black? with this, these mad frames will dissapear for good. Another option I suppose is to trim a couple or three frames of each video inside the 500 Choice PCC. With the modern numbers, I can search for them.
I can't explain myself better, is like "Scene1"+see shep holding gun for 0.01 sec + "Scene 2" +see shep holding gun for 0.01 sec + "Scene 3"...
Tomorrow I'll record it with camtasia and upload it. We are so close!!! I cannot describe how happy I am!
Oh, wait, i did make some more audio for the scenes, which I ahven't uploaded yet. I can do that tonight. It includes the scratch sounds in Part 3 and the sounds inside the Asari ship in part 1. So no need for you to bother with that.
Also, I just sent you another email.
Also2: The frame of the choice scene is only a problem if you load an autosave that was made in the middle of the ending. If you play straight through or if you load e.g. a save from before Anderson's death scene, that frame will just be black. If you want to get rid of it, you could reduce the length of that video by 0.1 seconds or so in the pcc files but I think it's not really necessary since most people will just play through the ending without loading an autosave anyway.
So yea, just wait for my audio uploads. Will do that when I got good internet connection (~24 hours form now)
You fight against inevitability, dust struggling against cosmic winds. It seems a victory to you - Harbinger ME2: Arrival
I'm proud of announce MEHEM: Harbinger Addin is next to its release.
What is this addin about?
Based on Koobismo art, I decided a year ago to help to restore ME3. The main villain had been reduced to a puppet, and as I liked Harbinger's badassery, I tried to turn Koobismo's concept into something playable.
MEHEM: Harbinger Addin shows us the battle between Shield fleet and the Reaper Overlord. During the video, there are several fixed parts, and you'll see your war assets in action.
Sorry... what?
Thanks to MrFob's mastery, the video triggers YOUR victories into the game. There are two sequences recorded for each race (except Krogan, who don't have starships). Each sequence is triggered if you recruited this race.
For example, if you got the Volus bombing squadron mission, you'll see Volus bombing squadron.
That is more, is only triggered if you get a high EMS MEHEM ending. After all, you are hitting the Reaper Overlord.
Is that a stand alone module?
Nope. You need MEHEM to use it. Is based on the same principle that MEHEM uses, use objects removed from starkid scene. So, is not possible to use it without MEHEM.
Why Harbinger, then?
Because you recruit a lot of battleships for the final battle. Reaper Overlord suddently spares Sheppard and goes back to orbit without even taunting you. That's because it sees the real threat.
Harbinger: "Ha, I got Sheppard. I'm going to enjoy this mom..."
Random Reaper: "Sir, the Crucible. The bacteria completed it. And seems that another human passed the beam. Only TIM is his way"
Harbinger: "What the... ****. To the orbit, right now. Sheppard is dying, anyway"
Sounds legit, isn't it?
So, this is a video...
Yes, it is. Re-uses retextured scenes of my custom shep, and some scenes from ME2. My animation level is not good enough to make character animation. But, it lasts for about 6 minutes, and all the ships were animated from scratch using UDK.
Also, all the voices are new, but Harbinger's, Rachni, Volus (Biotic GOD), and Aria T'loak.
And some could sound... not very professional
Mine included, sorry xD. All the people that act volunteered when the project was uncertain, and they all put a lot of effort into it even not being sure if this was going to be aired. Same goes for the devs who helped me, and the testers. Every single person who gave a hand make this possible, including VA's.
So, beyond my own voice (yes, it could be better, and perhaps I'll repeat it in the future), no voice is going to be replaced.
And now...
The two trailers! First one is from version 0.8, second from 1.1 (final). Only final testings remain, then we package the whole thing, and will be available soon. Soon means less than a week.

PREPARE YOURSELVES FOR THE ARRIVAL! - Harbinger, ME2: Arrival
Posts sounds good. Some grammar stuff (hopefully some of the native English speakers can make some suggestions) here and there but I think people will get the picture.
Two recommendations:
1. I wouldn't post until you have the release uploaded and ready for everyone to download (this way, people can get started right away and don't have to come back later).
2. It might be cool to make another little release trailer with scenes from the final version (if you have the time).
BTW: Forgot to mention in the mail I sent you that the longer credits scene I uploaded this morning is untested. So be sure to put it though one run-through, just to make sure it works properly.
Glad this finally ready to be released. Sorry this took quite a while on my end.
Yes, I think I have to review it. If someone can give me a hand, it would be great.
1) I was unsure about that, so I'll follow this one.
2) Hummmm. Yup, I can do this replacing the old scenes by the new ones.
No problem about that, my idea for this evening is to make a full test and record it with Camtasia studio in order to have the whole video together to show it.
I'm glad too, its outstanding. No apologies, we are here thanks to you in first place, nothing of this would have been possible without your help and WV tool. I don't have words to express how much I thank you and the rest of the team for the hours, the dedication and the effort.
For me at least, it's better even than beating the games. Is even more personal than a personal Shep.
I think I've found the problem. I have 5.1 speakers on my pc, so I was recording on 5.1
When Camtasia uses 5.1, it uses 2.1 exit, so the 3 remaining channels are mute.
What an idiotic stuff.
@Deager. Thanks a lot!
I have to start with CEM/MEHEM translation as soon as I can. Once I do them, I'll play them both in order to check all subtitles, as I did for Fallout 3 long time ago.
Sorry, I'm a bit nervous today, I want to reach everything but seems that I don't have enough time. I want it to share it with as many people as possible, in fact
