Here: Is My Situation: A few weeks ago, back in February, I, Absolutely nothing inappropriate, wanted to post a Topic on the Dragon Age: Inquisition General Discussion Forums, on the bioware Social net, And Ever since then, it still says: "you do not meet the requirements to post in this topic"! and now, it says it is locked on replying to one of my weekly newsfeed! HELP PLZ!?!?!?

just one account. and i heard u might have to register some games, i registered mass effect 2, dragon age: origins- ultimate edition, and dragon age 2, all on ps3... and STILL can't post anything! any ideas?

Did you play online on any of the games? You have to log into the Origin Account you use here and have them sync up with the old BSN site (e.g. DA:O's character profile page). Once you've verified this, wait for a bit on this site and see if you can post. If that doesn't work, PM the mod/admin here.
