An all-meat diet isn't that bad. I tried it for a while. It wasn't only meat, but nearly. I felt fine. If you don't eat carbs you reach ketosis. You use fat as main fuel. It takes a while to get adjusted but you'll feel more energy once it happens. It's a bit unbalanced in the vitamin department but hey, you survive. You just poop stones ![]()
