It's ME2 that much is clear, but there are only a few places that I remember seeing blue like that. Also that kind of reddish lighting is usually on Omega, Illium, and the Zaeed loyalty mission. Am I somewhere in the ballpark here.

Pretty sure that's Uber's me3 femshep.
